Great communication
Great communication – especially getting an email reminder about now having to pay customs/taxes from the UK. We love the product (that we could only get from the EU). Would definitely recommend.

Part of my order was out of stock, but the company offered a free of charge substitute (of a bigger value), they also communicated everything upfront and were very responsive. Would recommend doing business with them 10/10.

Such Great Service
Such great service! A "hiccough" with the delivery company was sorted out by thedesignlover, a huge thank you. When the item arrived it was beautifully packaged: a bow and a handwritten card. Perfect for a gift. I highly recommend thedesignlover for the choice of products and the after sales service. I will definitely be using thedesignlover again.
