EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS
I contacted The Customized Packaging company through their website for a quote on August 29th. I received a reply within a few hours asking what exactly i was looking for. I was contacted by Sam. This was my first time ordering anything like this. I was looking for a small jewelry box for a necklace. I needed our logo put on it. I knew this project needed to be special since it's a non profit to honor parents of stillborn babies. I expressed this to Sam and I told him it has to be super special. He asked me questions. I sent him pictures of the necklaces. Within 2 days, he had a mock-up of exactly what we were looking for. He listened to me. He responded promptly. He suggested what we needed. After emailing back and forth, I knew Sam is someone that truly cares about his customers. We decided on the perfect box. We ordered and within 3 weeks my order has arrived. It's absolutely perfect. Sam walked me through it from the beginning to the delivery day. He reached out to make sure it arrived and I was satisfied.
If you are lost and don't know much about this field, reach out to this company. You will not regret it. They will walk you through each step. I'm so happy I came across their website. I will use them for all my business from here on out. They are simply amazing! Thank you for such a great experience! I told Sam, he truly is an absolute gem. He made this process very smooth and easy for someone like me who knows nothing about it.
