If I could rate zero stars, I would.
Absolute abysmal service. My order was marked as shipped (I paid for express) but no tracking number given. I waited a few days and then reached out for the number. Bek (the owner) gave me nothing, except blaming the shipping company. She said she would send "again" in a few more days. I reached out again asking for the tracking number and this was again ignored, instead I was fed some story about health issues and that my order would be sent the next day. NOTHING. A month after my express order was made, I demanded a refund. Finally got a refund, but still a complete lack of accountability from the owner. Absolute scam of a business, avoid like the plague!

Ordered items and was waiting for the seller Bek to send the items, she then emailed me saying there was a problem with the tracking number and the parcel had gone missing, the issue was allegedly Australia post losing the parcel and she put a dispute in on my behalf, this was over 2 weeks after my order was placed and 0 communication along the way without me having to follow up, then another 9 days passed with no response Bek Emails me alleging there was an issue personally for them and promised it would be “definitely” shipped on the 24th and they’d personally email me tracking, then silence for days, I then reached out for an update got no reply, followed it up 2 more days later a little more frustratedly and then AGAIN without response they decided to just cancel the order and I reached out Again, asking why, when I simply just wanted my items or the common courtesy of an actual response, but nothing from them. The communication is abysmal, terrible and basically non existent, even when you try to be patient and accepting they still aren’t willing to be helpful, it’s not that hard to simply respond or not make promises you can’t or won’t fulfil.

I recently attempted to place an order with The Crafter’s Stop and unfortunately had a very poor customer service experience.

After placing my order, I waited nearly two weeks with no updates. I emailed asking about the status of my order but received no response. When I called the business, I was initially told the order number I provided was not theirs until I gave my name and the order was then located.

During the call I was informed that two items were pre-order and expected after March 9, however this dispatch timeframe had not been clearly communicated after purchase. With emails unanswered and no updates provided, I opened a dispute through Afterpay simply to get clarity on my order.

Only after the dispute was opened did I receive a response explaining delays and advising the order would now be cancelled due to the dispute.

Delays can happen, but clear communication with customers is essential and unfortunately that was lacking in this case. Based on my experience, customers may want to confirm item availability and dispatch timeframes before placing an order.

I ordered my goods, they confirmed the order. They took my money from my bank but never sent goods. They did not respond to the 3 emails I sent. White pages confirmed they did not have a phone number. I contacted my bank who said it was a scam and they investigated them then did a band Chargeback and I got my money back. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY

Customers are ignored and then treated poorly. It's taken over 3 months for a poor resolution to an order placed. No empathy, poor customer service. E-commerce isn't rocket science. If you can't handle it, get out of the game.

Totally fake site aimed at eliciting your money and then dead silence. Will never respond to attempts to find out order status or refunds.
