DO NOT BUY FROM! Worst business ever! No customer service. They keep dragging things out. Emma the customer service agent sucks. She has done nothing to help me. Its been almost 2 months and they still wont do the exchange. I did what she requested and followed their return policy (which contradicts itself). Now they are just not responding at all.

I placed the order in January of 2025, but it has never arrived, despite its staff, Emma, has said that the order has been shipped and it is with the carrier and out of their control. This is a fraudulent business. Don't buy from them.

100% SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Never sent my order. Never gave me a refund.

My experience was very similar to others on this page; I should have checked here before buying. Ordered tights from their website, got a tracking number, which never updated past “processing”. They sent an email a few days after the order saying there might be a delay of a few days due to “high demand”, but when I followed up with them two weeks after THAT, they blamed delays on their shipping carrier. If this is a real seller, then sorry, but you need to choose a more reputable shipping service. At the end of the day, a company is responsible for making sure their product can actually be sent out to the customer. So whether this is truly a scam or just an unreliable seller, don’t get anything from here, it’s not worth the hassle. At least my credit card company refunded me when I opened a dispute?

After two months I received the same email as other reviewers saying my package was in process. My credit card company refunded my money.

The "Not-So-Cozy" Crew
I am in the third month of waiting for shipment tracking information and delivery of my order. The Cozy Crew's tracking that they provide is through a third party tracking service that doesn't provide any details other than "Order Processing."
I have contacted The Cozy Crew's Customer Service numerous times and the only response appears to be an automated response and doesn't provide any specifics to my order or numerous requests for a refund.
I have a hard time believing that The Cozy Crew is a legitimate business and isn't more than an elaborate scam.
They should change the name of their company to "The Sleazy Crew" that way potential customers won't be disappointed when they fail to deliver or respond.

Scam site, fake reviews, fake products.
My "order" was "shipped" Feb 1, it's now Mar 28, the tracking info still says "label printed."

I have emailed for a refund multiple times and was given the same generic answer every time: "we can't refund products already shipped, please wait to receive your package to get a refund."

I never received my order. Do not order from this company. I have requested a refund multiple times and the company refuses.

Other comment is 100% correct. Complete scam, never gave me my products and keep copy and pasting emails to me with excuses about delays (its been over a month). According to FTC, your required to be given the option for a refund if they don't meet the shipping times they provided you. I brought this up to them and they are refusing me a refund outright- I'm never gonna get the package either. If you ordered from them, just go ahead and report to the FTC like I did, your never getting your order.

Never received my package. Untraceable. They keep stalling and claiming on the way. E mails come back as undeliverable .
