Best food until now. I tried Untamed, Purina, Felix(most of the in store brands).
This is the best until now.
The small bags especially.

Our cats love these meals. The one who was rarely home for breakfast and dinner is there waiting for her food every time. We have empty plates practically every time. There are some that they don’t like as much as others but with so much choice there are so many they love and what one of them isn’t as keen on the other one devours. I will update on how the little one goes in terms of her unknown allergy in due course.

Had a very ill cat for some time but since changing her diet to Cool Cat we have not looked back, she is now happy playful and energetic her coat is very glossy and shiny and she is putting weight back on. Great choice of food which she really enjoys and you can change your subscription delivery to how you want it. My cat likes both the tins and the pouches but she eats little and often so I keep the rest in an airtight container and so I just keep feeding her on and off to keep it fresh. The packaging is strong and like another customer has said I also like the strong cat yoga delivery box too. Communication with the Company is excellent too! Oh! just one more thing she loves the kibble too.

Fast delivery. My cat is a difficult eater - but with this fresh food my cats bowel is clean every meal time

Good side-
1. Ordered a trial box few days ago and arrived today, the delivery is super efficient
2. Nice and simple packaging, there’s even a hand written note to my Cat Marshall by Sandra ( not 100% sure if it’s really hand written)
3 my cat likes the food

Down side:
1. a bit shocked that food is made in Thailand but no UK
2. Once I opened the tuna today, the fish meat seems to be smarshed like minced meat instead of seeing the meat 1 by 1 like other good brands

I have spoiled cats. There, I admit it. Sootica and Sempra are sister and brother and on the 10th August they will be 16. They have been picky eaters for their whole life and I, as their mum, have facilitated their whims. I have tried other premium brand monthly subscriptions to no avail, they just didn't take to it but I thought I would give the cool cat club a go. I got the explorer box and apart from one thing in there, they liked everything. They favour wet food but always have some biscuits down, but the sample of biscuits were hoovered up on day 1.

So I ordered my first monthly box and bought it forwards as they were enjoying what they were eating.

If this was to go like before, once the monthly box arrived they would have decided that nothing in there suited their pallet now, but to my surprise, everything that I chose, that they have been given, they have eaten. I only ordered a box for one cat as they share all food, but they have cleaned the bowl and I ordered biscuits too, they have been eating more of those too.

So, I am impressed with the quality of the food, the way that I could pick some other things for them to try and the fact that they have eaten the items I have already chosen.

This seems a great way to try and sample for a pair of fussy cats. I am thoroughly enjoying the discovery

I have an old cat who is spoiled. Plenty of fresh meat but doesn't always want it. Picked at supermarket pouches and tinned food.
Now plates are licked clean of Cool Cat Club food. Plenty of flavours and textures. Highly recommend.

I saw this on Facebook among many others and was prompted by the £5 trial box. I Was very impressed with the whole presentation and the personalisation of my kitten Luna, so much so I introduced it to 2 of my cousins who also bought the trial box. I have since bought my first box and
I think I have had all the flavours you have on offer and there isn’t one where she hasn’t licked the bowl clean. I have one very happy kitten and a very happy owner.

The cat biscuits are full of meat and goodness and no cheap fillers and my cats love them. Initially i was sad that i had to have a subscription for them but then realised i could change the date/skip so i don’t have to have 3 bags every month.

The ease of this is amazing. The way I can change my order is so easy and I can totally customise the tins to what my cats love.
The 3 free samples a month give me the chance to try my fussy cats on stuff without the added cost.
They love the complete dry food so much more than any other brand. Delivery is ontime and if any delays you are informed. The site is easy to navigate without too many confusing pages to have to go through.
Its no as expensive as other brands I've tried and my kittens clean the plates everytime. I have recommended this to others as my kittens have no issues with this food at all. They even like the fish which they never have done on another premium kitten food.
It sounds expensive at first but bith my kittens are thriving. Nice thick shiny coats, putting on weight correctly and full of energy. The fact it is delivered to my door with enough for the whole month is a bonus as no more running out and have to dash to the shops for some extra.
One of mine was being sick every few days but since using this no more sickness at all.

My 3 cats love the cool cat foods. The smooth ones they are not so keen on but they now wait and shout t me demanding their food and they eat the lot!

Great choices of food for my very fussy cat. Fast reply to any contact I’ve had with them. I do personally find the ordering website a little difficult to navigate but that could be because I’m doing it in my mobile and it may be easier oh the laptop but communication with them for help was easy and I wasn’t treated as a nuisance when asked for help. It was also easy to ‘pause’ my next order. All I all I’d give this company 10/10

Ordered a few trial packs from different high brand kitten foods.
After trying them all (which Teddy really loved)!
I decided on the Cool Cat Club,
Simply because I found that his litter tray didn’t smell so bad with this food.
Easy to change order and stop Subscribing if required ..
