We have offered two of Gitanjali's workshops to our employees: "Self-care is Not a Bubble Bath" and "Self-organisation as a Key Element of Self-care." Gitanjali demonstrated a very good knowledge of the topics she presented. Her presentation style was very dynamic, and she encouraged participation, which made the workshops much more interesting and engaging for everyone involved.

We highly recommend her workshops for any organization looking to enhance their team's well-being and self-care practices.

I had a great job coaching sessions with Gitanjali. Despite the short period of time, she brought a good structure and we managed to do lots of exercises.
