I have just taken delivery of my new coat ordered from The Coatmaker Company 6 days ago.
What a thing of beauty.   I am so thrilled with the quality, the detail, the style, the fit. 
I have recently been the subject of a scam with a different company when trying to purchase a nice quality coat online where the garment I received was not that described so I was understandably very cautious and nervous about ordering again.
Just highly delighted with the whole experience with The Coatmaker Company and would highly recommend this company.

The experience with customer service was also impeccable. Answered all my queries and provided extra guidance so I selected the product and size right for me.

I was a little wary of buying from the coatmaker as id never heard of them but after ordering from a big designer brand and being disappointed I gave them a try and glad I did. Best quality coat ive ever had at a decent price. Being tall its a good length and the size fits perfectly.

Beautiful coat, well made and as described, unfortunately the shoulders were too big for my frame and I sadly had to return. The return process was simple and my refund was arranged in a timely manner. I will use this company again in the future. Thank you.

Customer Service was the best I've ever had. Courteous, Helpful, Kind with questions on my order. Website sites US 12, however, this sizing wasn't consistent with actual Size 12 coats in US. Customer Service helped me to order the correct size. I am pleased with my new coat. It's beautiful and well made.

The coat was packed really well and care was taken so it would arrive hardly creased.
The coat is made to a very high standard and you would not get this standard from a shop. Pockets , split in back of coat all had the protection stitch , spare buttons and hanging loop to a chain loop. All seems are lovely and straight and finished . The lining of the coat is also to a high standard and quality. There is nothing cheap about this coat .
Fitting of the coat is beautiful there's plenty of room in arms and the back .
To be honest I was thinking had I made a mistake in buying this coat as I did not know the company and the price of the coat. I'm so glad I did buy it. As this will be the first place I will be coming because you cannot beat the standards or the quality it is made to .
The delivery was just under a week as well - which was Christmas week .

I was thrilled with my purchase of a military style cream coat. It’s really warm and perfect for my commute. The measurements were spot on and the coat true to size. The coat is exceptionally well made and beautifully lined. I will be recommending the company to my friends.
