Chaise Longue Co Ltd Recenzje

Excellent family company.
From start to finish the process was smooth, friendly & professional.
The delivery was within the 28 days which was important to me.

I had a number of question, it was so helpful to speak to a person straight away, rather than an automated response.

Kerry was extremely helpful, always cheerful & couldn’t do enough to help. An asset to the company!

The chaise Longue is beautifully made & looks stunning. The colour is exactly as expected.
The firmness is perfect for my back issues. Also, so helpful to have this as a sofa bed too.

I Cannot praise this company enough & would recommend without hesitation.

I am confident, if do have any issues, which l am not expecting, l will get the support l need.

My Chaise Longue is a thing of great beauty! Absolutely thrilled with the quality, craftsmanship and value for money. Adam was so helpful from start to finish. Just looking to see if I’ve room for another one!

The Chaise Longue Co Ltd is a first rate company run by the excellent Adam and Jon making very high quality furniture right here in the UK! Impossible to find any fault with product or service - thank you both and long may you continue to succeed.

I find it so refreshing not to have to buy inferior imported goods made by companies with appalling or none existent customer service.

Fantastic customer service! Super quality of our lovely Chaise. We couldn’t have asked more, they were really flexible with us changing our minds over the size etc…Nothing but praise across, customer service, delivery timing and quality of the finished item.

We can’t speak highly enough of Jonny and the team at The Chaise Longue Co. We are repeat customers having recommended them to all our family and friends too. Always a swift, efficient and super friendly service. Please use this independent company. You won’t be disappointed.

From my initial enquiry regarding having a Chaise Longue and Ottoman made, they answered all my questions quickly and provided much needed advice, to the charming guys that delivered the beautifully made furniture, all in all a lovely company to do business with, I can very highly recommend them!

I don’t like leaving reviews but in this case I have to.
I love my chaise Longue. It was so easy to get one that I loved at the right size and the right height. The material samples came quickly and I was helped at every stage. The company did what they said and more and in the friendliest way. A total joy to order from. Great buying experience and a fabulous product.
Thank you chaise Longue company

We love our sofa and chaise longue - both expertly made to our specification guided by such a wide ranging choice . Easy to use website and fantastic company to work with.

Superb old school personal service which is a huge plus in my book. And our Chaise is a fantastic quality product. I’m especially impressed that Adam & his colleagues deliver their creations personally & it’s a long way from Hull to West Sussex - I wouldn’t want to do that return journey in one day. My dealings with Adam over the phone when deciding on what to order have been great & always professional but, at the same time, he has a great sense of humour and we’ve had some good laughs along the way. Adam - it was a pleasure to meet you and your colleague on the day of delivery. We are really delighted with our Chaise Longue and if ever we need another I wouldn’t hesitate to order from you again. Thank you.

From start to finish this is one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Nothing was too much trouble. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful staff, great turn around time and a finished product that surpassed all expectations. We chose our own fabric, which they sourced for us, that was a complex pictorial print. It made the layout for the upholsters quite a challenge. We were consulted every step of the process and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Highly recommend!

Would give this company 10 stars if possible.
Sample service was amazing and turnaround time from order to delivery was much faster than we expected - also nice to have the chaise delivered directly by members of the company. Love our new chaise - so well made and super comfy -would not hesitate to recommend them.

I spent hours enjoying the Chaise Longue website. Did I want left or right hand, mini or standard, grief how I hate velvet; so many 'wow' moments. Ordered some samples and arrived return of post. Delighted, absolutely delighted.

From the start of the process to the finish, the company was very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble! My queries were all answered promptly and the end result was a fabulous chaise longue which was just what I wanted. The patterned fabric was utilised to ensure that the pattern was displayed to best advantage; higher cabriole legs were recommended which are perfect; and the packaging was amazing so it arrived in excellent condition. I love this piece of furniture and would have no hesitation in recommending this company and buying from them again. Thanks Adam and Jon - great job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Customer Service 10 out of 10. Very friendly and nothing was too much.

Chair is simply gorgeous, very elegant and comfy.

From our initial view of the website, enquiry, choosing the design and fabric, ordering and the delivery of our chaise, it was a smooth and efficient process. The chaise was made to order and delivered in a few weeks and before time. Customer service was friendly and responsive. The chaise is very well made, sturdy and looks great. We would highly recommend the Chaise Longue Company.

The Chaise Longue Co., what can I say. Professional, friendly, so helpful when I wanted to slightly amend my order and use a certain fabric company. Nothing was too much trouble. The team were incredible and when my chaise longue was delivered by members of this wonderful company in Hull, it was and still is simply superb. Well made, comfortable and I am completely happy with how it fits into our home.
This is a company I would definitely recommend. Thanks guys.
