Truly the best customer service I've ever had with an independent seller. I requested a custom dice set and Sophie was responsive to my requests from start to finish so we could create a special gift for a friend of mine whose dog had just passed. She accomodated a type of dice set that she didn't already sell and kept me informed during the entire process. We even had to deal with a shipping mishap and she kept me calm and offered options along the way as we figured out what to do. The quality of the dice is top notch and I would absolutely work with her again if the need for custom die pops into my head again.
