This is fake company . Ordered phone cases 2months back and never received them. No contact support. Pure scam business

I ordered a case six days ago and it was delivered through blue dart and the quality is also really good. It got delivered to me today.

I just ordered a cover on offer of buy 1 get 2 free, and paid ₹1,198 online, no confirmation received, I tried connecting them on Instagram, WhatsApp, no reply, Complete Scam, I lost money, but I don’t want other to get scammed and do the same, please guys be aware and report them.

I bought a clutch with them few years ago and it is totally stunning. I come back thinking to buy other designs but just realized the company has closed down since 2023. I still recall the owner checked in with me via email to make sure I was happy with the purchase, it was one of the best customer experience I’ve had.

Some Indian based scammer has created a cloned website and unfortunately few people got scammed by the fake website.

Please stop trusting the fake website. I hope it still leave a good name for the kind founder.

Ordered product on 28 November and till o2nd December no news about dispatch.Moreober they don't have any contact information over website.
Totally fraud

They took soooo long to ship and that too after several emails. And when they arrived, the quality of the phone cases were below par. The print was also grainy. A couple of the phone cases weren't even like the ones described. Their product photos are AI generated. When I initiated a return for a refund, they never got back. I've been duped.

Absolute scam the product didn't ship and never arrived but they took money beforehand. It's an absolute scam their customer support is an email and I've written to them many times with no reply.

Biggest scam of my life – Case Factory India is a nightmare.
I ordered 3 cases over a month ago and till today they haven’t even dispatched my order. They don’t reply to mails, ignore DMs, and cut calls like cowards. The one time they did call, they promised me “next-day shipping.” That was TWO weeks ago. Nothing. Lies after lies.

I even begged them to cancel my order and refund me since I have to fly back to the EU soon. Still no action, no refund, not even the basic decency to reply.

They are happy to take your money but vanish when it comes to delivering the product. This isn’t just bad service — this is pure fraud.

If you’re reading this, don’t ever trust Case Factory India. They’ll waste your money, your time, and your patience.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve had while ordering a phone cover. I ordered from Casefactory after seeing a clear Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. The product price showed ₹898 — but when it arrived, the delivery guy demanded ₹1697! That’s almost double!

Even after showing proof of the original price and offer, he refused to listen. This is absolutely unprofessional, misleading, and feels like a scam. Why advertise fake offers if you’re going to charge whatever you want during delivery?

Had to cancel the order on the spot. Waste of time, waste of energy. Casefactory — either fix your system or stop misleading customers. Definitely not recommended.

okay so the worst phone case company out there. a scam for real. paid for two hard stride cases and got only one and that too silicone one. reached out to them on every possible platform and wrote millions on emails but no response. a huge scam company and their product is not good at all. go for daily objects as it is far far better. i regret shopping from the case factory

I don’t know these guys cheating people so openly. While their phone cases look great online, their customer service is seriously lacking. I reached out multiple times via email about an issue with my order and never received a response. To make things worse, when I tried commenting on their Instagram posts to get their attention, my comments were deleted. I noticed I’m not the only one—many customers are complaining about similar issues on their posts and even on Twitter, with some calling it a scam. I would not recommend purchasing from them.
After posting these reviews, to some of the Instagram collaborators who collab with them these case factory people reached out to me. When I asked them, “Is this how you treat your customers?” they simply replied, “Yes.” Unfortunately, there’s no option to upload a photo here, otherwise I would have shared the screenshot.

Terrible quality!

I recently bought a phone case from the case factory Sweden and not only was the package delivered very late (around 3 weeks later than promised) I also had to tell them via email what I ordered, after not getting a confirming email about my order, due to trouble with their systems.

When the package finally was delivered and I had used the case for approximately 2 weeks it was already severely damaged and “worn out”. I have been really careful with my case, not doing anything out of the normal. The case has been discolored and the sides are falling apart. I noticed the light borders of the case turning brown/ blackish only a week after I started using it.

When I emailed the company that I earlier had contact with, whilst their system had troubles, I got no answers. I sent them a clear explanation and pictures about what I see as a big problem for the price that I payed. I did not get any money back what so ever, and am deeply dissatisfied with my experience.

Do not buy anything from this company as they promise a quality they do not provide!

Hi, I am a customer from Saudi Arabia, and my experience with the Case Factory has been outstanding. The case feels great, it's soft and grips my iPhone 13 mini really well.

The charger is also really good. It charges super fast and the design is impressive. I love the embedded lightning cable; it's so helpful and convenient. The charger body is light and feels velvety and nice.

I'm definitely planning on making more purchases from the Case Factory in the future, God willing.

I have placed an order for three case but only recived one and they don't reply back to the mails I put to them this so frustrating and there isn't even a return policy

The delivery time is a bit long, almost 14 days. That would have been quicker

I am satisfied the quality and design, also shipping was fast. One thing the emboss initial is not centered, it is pity.
