Long sleeve shirt gekocht op 4 mei. Zeggen dat 2-5 werkdagen duurt om te leveren. Heb nog niet eens een mail gekregen van dat hij is ontvangen, niks. Alleen dat ze het waarderen dat ik iets heb gekocht en dat ik iets positief hier wilt schrijven voor korting. reageren niet op klantenservice mail en of instagram. Raad het niet aan om hier wat te kopen..

Met Bevrijdingsdag en het weekend erbij, is je bestelling technisch gezien binnen de aangegeven levertijd van 2-5 werkdagen geleverd, maar ik begrijp dat er een kleine vertraging is opgetreden. Het spijt me dat je geen update hebt ontvangen en dat we niet sneller hebben gereageerd op je e-mails en berichten via Instagram.
Wat betreft de mail over de korting: we vragen onze klanten niet om positieve feedback, maar juist om eerlijke feedback, zodat we onze service kunnen verbeteren. We waarderen het altijd wanneer klanten hun ervaring met ons delen, of deze nu positief of negatief is.

Bestelling geplaatst, al 2 weken niks van gehoord. Klantenservice reageert niet en op sociale media krijg ik ook GEEN reactie. Wanneer ik mijn order probeer te tracken met het order/tracknummer op hun site staat er order niet gevonden. De “snelle” levering die beloofd is was een leugen, laat je niet voor de gek houden.

Still no package!!!
Still no package - and the most terrible service
On the 8th of December I placed an order (TBG34404) and they haven’t even send the package yet… I contacted them two times and they never answered.
They quickly raised the money (518,00) and nothing happened.
So, I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received.
I’ve sent emails to customer support, but I’ve either received no response.

Terrible Service – Still No Package
I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I placed two orders (TBG34564 and TBG34574) the 11th of December, and I still haven’t received either package.
It’s been weeks, and despite numerous inquiries, I’m still in the dark about where my shirts are.
I’ve sent emails to customer support, but I’ve either received no response.
It’s beyond frustrating to deal with such poor communication and a complete lack of accountability.
I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.
