Please look up and read about Brit Books and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! VERY DODGY!!! Bought (or tried to) via Amazon. False tracking number and info. Couldn’t get any further.
Thankfully only lost a small amount.

Same as everyone else, I didn't recieve the book I had ordered and didn't get a response to my email. Avoid.

The same as everyone else. I ordered a book in hardcover, and was sent a download link.
I emailed a complaint, asking for a refund, and they replied that I'd ordered an ebook, so we're unable to refund me.
I definitely ordered a hardcover, so I threatened legal action. They have now refunded me.
Total scam company. Avoid.

Scam site. I ordered a hardcover and waited for weeks. When I contacted them initially I used the email they had included in the order email. It didn’t work as there is an error in it.
I then emailed them using the email from their website and got a response. They replied and said I’d ordered an ebook and had sent me a link. I won’t be clicking on it. I responded requesting a refund and they emailed me saying they’d refund and asked for my details again. Email looked dodgy and they should have those details so I won’t be sending them again.

the advert sounded like it was a book being sent instead an email with a download - very shoddy -:could not download and cant read on phone anyway

Refund back in my bank account. I will never purchase from Britshop again.

As others describe. Advertised as a hardback. 14 day return policy. I have paid £5 and received an email with a download.
I have emailed to request a refund.
I don't expect to hear anything.
Clearly a scam.

Ordered a hardback book and was sent an e book tried to contact them buy phone and you cannot talk to anyone. Also they say they will refund within 14 days and will not do so. Wish I had read other reviews before buying

Another scam by this company. I also ordered what was clearly advertised as a paperback book and was sent a link to download. I have also written to this company based in Poland and not received a response.

I've paid and had an order number, but 10 days on no further information and no response to emails asking for an update. Website is showing the book is in stock and still for sale. I do not trust this site at all. I think it is a scam.

Total scam. Ordered from them and no book. Tried to phone and told me to email. Emailed no reply. Wish I had read these reviews before.

Avoid at all costs. Bought a hardcover recipe book and only received a ebook. Should have read the reviews on trust pilot- clearly scammed like many others. Premium rate customer services phone number doesn’t connect you to anyone, no response to emails

I ordered a hardback copy of a book from this company and they sent me a digital version. I have sent 3 emails to ask to refund my order or send a hardback with no reply. They display a phone number on their website to contact them on which is a PREMIUM RATE number but both option 1 & 2 are not answered and you're told to email! beginning to think this is a scam company!
