Once again my order to Greece arrived without problem. All in great condition including bacon and cheese.

NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
My order just arrived , but I do not appreciate being sent items that are about to expire .
They already charge over double the UK price !!!
On top of this , they also just doubled the postage costs without any notice or explanation !!!

Excellent and helpful service.
A good range at reasonable prices and from other experiences I know that delivery to Greece is never easy....but it worked from them without a problem and the box was well packed too.
I can only recommend.

Excellent ! So many choices that at the beginning , I didn’t even dare place my wee order , then I did it . And I happily found my black pudding , cheddar , sausages and everything else , at a very good price , very well packaged !!

Reasonable prices. Very fast delivery. Ordered on 28th September (Sunday), shipped on 30th, received in Italy on 3rd October. Well packed. Ordered jam jars, protected individually with bubble wrap, all intact.

I placed my order on Tuesday the 27th of May and received the package today, Monday the 2nd of June. I ordered several different products, and none of the items were missing upon arrival. My order partly consisted of products contained in glass jars, all in all, 11 glass jars. Every single jar was individually wrapped in bubble wrap to protect from damage! Brilliant! Not a single jar was broken or cracked. Happy customer here.

Happy to find a store online that sells FRESH British products. It ends there!

They ship (or allow you to select) standard shipping, that takes a week to arrive - forget the cold chain! They do add a fresh food fee ..

I contacted them to ask about this, and after trying to reason that it was unreasonable to ship fresh food, even with a packaging fee, on a delivery that takes 1 week, received a very crude and vulgar reply which when questioned got worse!

Avoid this site !

Unfortunately this service was very poor for us as on receipt the delivery contained only 60% of the items we had ordered. They replaced one item, with what they considered a suitable alternative, and then refunded the other missing items. However the delivery fee (thereafter 20%) made the purchase expensive considering what we actually received.

They did not inform us of the missing items before the delivery to give us the option to cancel the order. The explanation we have now received is that the missing items could never have been sent to us with the delivery options they have available due to the potential of spoiling. The web site should not allow those items to be selected in this scenario as if we had been aware they could not be delivered we would not have continued with the order.
It is quite common for similar online services to offer products that frequently go out of stock but this is by far the worst we have experienced I’m afraid.
