Unfortunately never received my order
Unfortunately never received my order. Seems Royal Mail had left my parcel outside a completely different address and I am left without any product. After sending 2 emails to the brews bros email address and yet to hear anything. Unfortunate as I have used these juices a few times.
update: Codi had reached out to me personally and it seems my emails were directed to the spam folder which is no fault of their own and the issue with this order is definitely with Royal Mail and no fault to the brews bros. Very professional response and are working with me to get this resolved. Will now still continue to use these as normally deliveries are very prompt and the flavours and selection of juices are great!
