Extremely professional to the highest level but without the clinical feel that you are just a number that you might get at other high level practices. I felt cared about from my first phone call to make an appointment. These are good people as well as good at what they do.

Dr Mark Silvert is a very knowledgeable, thoughtful and caring professional. He is non judgemental and compassionate.
Before I got in touch, I had called a few clinics, but Dr Mark Silvert got back to me promptly, explained everything in detail and arranged my first appointment. I left my first consultation feeling optimistic for the first time in years! Highly recommended.

Mark Silvert is an excellent and very clever professional but most importantly he is a human being who seems to understand very well the different mental conditions. Also Hadassah is the best therapist I have ever had. I would recommend the clinic to anyone who struggles with difficult times.

Having seen various doctors in various disciplines and therapists for my condition over a long time I have almost lost hope that it is possible for it to not be a constant fantom in every day life. I must admit I was skeptical of therapy being able to help me as I have tried before but from the first assessment with Mark, I was given exactly the right support and understanding. His experience and skill as a psychiatrist and therapist is evident, and his support and dedication to his patients outstanding. Amazing clinic! Whatever the issue is they have someone to help. They're super friendly and helped me feel much more comfortable and less nervous. I loved that it didn't feel too "clinical", but rather welcoming so that facing the problem I was in a warm environment. Definitely recommend going there if you're struggling with something or just need general advice.

The Blue Tree Clinic were so pleasant and easy to deal with. I was instantly made to feel at ease and supported from the very first call. Dr Silvert is amazing. I visited several
psychiatrists before finding Dr Silvert and I can honestly say he is by far the best. Dr Silvert is empathetic and sympathetic, he gives me a safe environment to talk and feel supported and not judged. Unlike other Drs he remembers what I have said in previous sessions without making me repeat the same information in every session which other doctors have done. I felt that he actually listened to me and gave me the reassurance that I would feel better in time. He also doesn’t believe in over medicating. I was highly impressed with him and his team and I was in safe hands.
