Hugh is simply amazing. I am sure dealing with any bug issues is traumatic for anyone, but this really sent me into a neurotic spin! Hugh returned my phone call within the hour (I later found out he was on holiday at the time!). From that point on, he answered my numerous phone calls and texts and did everything he possibly could to calm me down and give me the best advice. He is so empathetic and understands the business he is in is never going to catch people at their best! He fitted me in at the earliest possible date to heat treat the house - he and Graham were discrete and thorough and very careful with the house and our belongings. Despite us being a long way for him, he also treated an issue in my elderly parents flat - he was amazing with them - my mum has dementia and he charmed her beautifully allowing us to get her out of her flat in a calm state whilst he worked his magic. I struggled to still stay calm and trust the process, but Hugh did everything he could, with no additional charge, to ensure my mind was at ease and we have been bug free! All of this, and his price was so competitive. I cannot recommend Hugh and his team more highly!

Brilliant service
We had had an anxious time but within minutes of calling Hugh he was telling us firstly what to look for because he didn't want to waste our time or money if he wasn't needed. When we followed up he organised a visit and a plan, telling us how to prepare in advance and then to simply letting him and Graham get on with the extremely professional job (and a follow up visit two weeks later). They were friendly and a pleasure to have in the house as well as being extremely efficient. This is a brilliant service from a great, friendly, little company, who care 100%.

I spoke to Hugh today re possible bed bugs. He was so helpful and advised that the problem looked like book lice and how to treat them. Very reassured knowing I can call back in a few weeks if still concerned.

So helpful, friendly and professional! Thankfully discovered we didn’t actually have bed bugs thanks to Hugh’s free advice over the phone. Very different experience to other providers who just tell you what they will do and how much. Should we ever need pest control would 100% call Hugh.

I would not hesitate to recommend Hugh and the team at The Bed Bug Doctor. From our initial conversation, Hugh spent time explaining the entire process and provided us with some much needed reassurance that they would be able to deal with our bugs. Hugh proved to be reliable, friendly, thorough and decreet. I just wish we had used The Bed Bug Doctors in the first instance in stead of attempting to treat the problem ourselves.

Hugh and his team have been incredible through the whole process, from the first phone call Hugh was so confident and reassuring and came out within 2 days,there was minimal disruption and they were very thorough, and the fact that part of the service was to come back 14 days later was absolutely brilliant, I phoned alot of companies and not one of them offered this same level of service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hugh and his team.

Professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Save your time, money and stress and choose the Bed Bug Dr. if you have a critter problem. Third time lucky for us, if only we had found him sooner.
