No delivery of battery, no reply to email.

This battery is well built and would seem to last as long as originals I have . LED charge lights are a bit dim but no big issue . Will I buy again ? Certainly

Point one there seller uses Hermes carrier who pride themselves in delaying delivery. Point two very upsetting these are not genuine DeWalt batteries they are generic, however they seem to do the job. The price is reasonable against the genuine battery and may perform fine, only time is going to tell. Am I happy? not really when there advert clearly shows DeWalt batteries. Would I buy again sorry but no I am keeping the battery after waiting almost 2 weeks for this to arrive enough is enough.

Waited 6 days. Emailed no response. No telephone number to enquire. Guaranteed me 1 to 3 days. No respect for a company who don't respond to your emails.

I bought a pack of 4 Milwaukee Batteries on the Thursday13th May

It’s in writing it will be delivered between 1 and 3 working days !!

It also said I would be contacted by email and also text ....Nothing

I have emailed them politely asking if they can find out where my batteries are ?

It is now Friday 21st May
Still the batteries haven’t arrived
Or any emails or texts of delivery

On the returns policy it says you have 30 days to return your goods if your not happy with them

They don’t have a telephone number so you can’t ring them

When or IF I do Eventually get my batteries and they are good after trying them I will let you know.

I ordered 2 DeWalt 18 Volt 5AH XR batteries (as described on The Battery Outlet's website. What I actually received was 2 18 Volt 5AH "Flagpower" batteries which is faulty, there is no power and it won't charge with DeWalt chargers. I have just bought two pieces of junk plastic!
Emailed them, but no reply. Hopefully this will get a response from them.

Received an email and refund.

The Battery Outlet contacted me following this review and they checked my original order and realised that they had made an error. To their credit, they immediately posted out the missing battery, plus one extra free.

I would have liked to give 5 stars, but the lack of telephone number to contact means that and unanswered e-mails means 4 stars....

Only received one battery but ordered two.

When I'd made my order I was pleased to get an email asking me to let them know I was happy once my order had been delivered. However, when I only got one through the post I contacted them straight away to say I'd not got my complete order.

4 Days later I've not had any reply. I followed up with another message this morning, but again no reply.
It worries me when companies don't list a phone number, just an e-mail address, which can be ignored....

I hope that they do get in touch soon, but not expecting much joy. Why ask for feedback when it's not followed up.......?

Bit disappointed to be honest.

I bought 2 makita compatible 6ah batteries. The website shows them to have battery level indicators on. Mine turned up without any on them. The decals on the battery make them look like something you’d buy at a market stall and look cheap. They didn’t bother to reply to my email although they ask you to contact them to make sure the item has arrived ok.

Let’s hope they function ok as so far it’s not a good start.
