I have been ordering from B&B for over 2 years now without an issue but I made an order on 1st April and have tried getting in touch (via email, Facebook and WhatsApp) to check the status but have not got any response. As for others, my money has been taken for my undelivered order.

I have been a subscription customer since 2019 with no issue until August 2025 when my order never arrived. Money was taken from my account but the transaction remained as "unfulfilled". Then the next order did the same... and then the next prompting me to make contact. I emailed only to receive an email a few days later saying my subscription was cancelled and a refund was on it's way (yet to appear in my account) - but no reply to the email i sent nor an explanation as to why they were terminating our arrangement. So i followed up, reiterating that there were three orders sitting as "unfulfilled" but paid for only to receive another refund for one of the remaining two orders. Still no courtesy email response. Wouldn't recommend - just invest in a good electric toothbrush and be done with it.

I ordered from this company in September 2024 and have still not received the product which was a solid deodorant and despie emails and assurances they would follow up, still nothing. Had I realised they were Spanish I would not have ordered. Their prices are also beyond ridiculous !!!! Very cross and disappointed. Gloucestershire lady.

Used to be a good product, and I had a subscription for a couple of years. However for the final two months of my subscription before cancelling, money was taken and no toothbrushes received. Apparently a replacement was sent but also never arrived. No refund paid. I would be concerned that this is a company in trouble.

Ordered 3 deodorants back in July (#295003) it took really long time to arrive and I actually had to prompt customer care because nobody sent me a shipping confirmation. As the pieces arrived:
packaging 5/5- simple and recyclable
sent 5/5- really light, nice aromas.

But... I believe these deodorants shouldn't be for sale just yet, and the company must really work on development.
odour control 0/5, I still ended up washing my underarms every couple of hours and with this rate, you don't need a deodorant in the first place.
At some point the deodorant started to crystallise with sharp bits, so I thought maybe it had gone bad and opened another one. After two weeks of being open- it crystallised as well.
Also, in the colder seasons, the texture itself becomes way too hard to apply to the skin. I had to scrape with my nail, warm it in between my fingers and apply it as cream.
In theory- it's a good idea but I won't be buying it ever again.

Have ordered quite a few times from them, although always avoided the subscription as I prefer to handle on a per-need basis. It takes a little while for the order to arrive, but it always does. Good product, they last a while longer with the same use of similar products, have used their soft & medium for adults as well as the kids versions. Definitely recommend it.

I have had a subscription to their toothbrushes for about 2 years now, for 4 of us in the family, I receive them regularly, easy to manage / change / skip on the subscription. I have tried other products like the bamboo straw, cotton buds, all excellent and ecological. They always put a hand written thank you note on the package, a small detail that puts a smile on my face. Highly recommend!

The packaging it came in was so nice, written by hand and personalized. The products I ordered was the toothbrush and the travel case.
And honestly, I am using them everyday and I am so happy. Great company and great customer service and communication.
