Backpacker and the Eastpak Small Transverse…

Bought an Eastpak Small Transverse Suitcase have previously bought medium. The small one didn't have the internal garment straps which I found useful and were in the description. I contacted Backpacker and they got back to me straight away and followed up my query with Eastpak. They got back to me the next day to say it was a mistake in the advertising and Eastpak where going to change the information.
I was really impressed with Backpacker for the way they dealt with it and kept me informed. Have kept the back as the size is perfect.

Thank you Backpacker for dealing with my query so promptly and giving me toe option to return or keep the product. Will use you again as always prompt delivery etc

Prompt delivery

Prompt delivery. happy with the product I ordered and will use the company again. I would have given a 5-star rating if there was more communication from the point of order to delivery. perhaps next time.

Great service from The Backpacker. A great selection of bags with really detailed descriptions which you don’t get elsewhere. Quick delivery. And great prices. Really impressed.

Big girls back pack

Our daughter wanted back pack for big school. We found a great selection and easy to navigate site. Ordering and delivery all good. No issues. Daughter happy.

Easy to order

Easy to order, the best price on line after much searching.. more detail on the specification that other sites. Excellent, quick delivery and very happy with the suitcase! Would recommend and order again from this company as and when requiring something else! :)
