We had our house on the market with a local agent for 3 months. With only 8 viewings over them months and no effort to push our property by this company we decided we needed a change.

Emily provided first class service from start to finish. Sold our house within 3 days or so of being on the market and for asking price. Steph was also excellent and provided support throughout the process on some very difficult situations we faced. Cant recommend The Avenue enough from our experience.
