Thank you Bailee and Alice from the Avenue, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these guys to anyone and should be the first port of call for anyone looking to sell their home!
We originally sat on the market with another agent for 16 weeks. We had maybe 1 or 2 viewings a week where the ‘buyers’ clearly was not interested in our property. We began to lose faith and our new home was slipping away.
I got into contact with Bailee and Alice deflated and ready to give up. They gave us their honest opinion, feedback and a new marketing strategy. They sold our home within 3 days, with two offers over asking price!!!
Working with Bailee and Alice felt like we was working together as a team. I always felt as though they had our best interests at heart. When we was feeling the pressure with day to day life + a huge house move they did everything they could to keep pushing on! Communication 10/10.
We couldn’t thank them both enough!

Sam (from Lettings) could not have been more helpful in drawing up a new tenancy agreement for my tenant who had had a change of circumstances. I felt very reassured as he talked me through the process which was carried out swiftly and thoroughly.
