Trustworthy company
I bought a small test size of a Calvin Klein fragrance a while back and loved it. A lot of vendors seem untrustworthy or dilute their fragrances. The Aromi had the product I was looking for at a competitive price, and I will keep going back in the future.

I loved everything except for the perfume I ordered lol it doesn't smell like I hoped it would...not your fault. Everything else was great I ordered you shipped it came early even I was thrilled until I smalt it. But I will definitely order again from you . Thank you

Customer service made a mistake right
Update: the company has contacted me and corrected the mistake. The package is in route, a coupon provided for future orders, and the order refunded for inconvenience. I'm very happy with this resolution.
Original: I placed an order that was supposed to arrive by Christmas. The package was delivered to a completely different state according to the fedex delivery confirmation. I reached out to customer service and was told a claim would be filed with FedEx and given a $5 off coupon. After a couple days I reached back out to find out if the package was being resent. I did not receive a reply. I reached out to Fedex and I was told that thearomi sent them the New York delivery address. I reached back out to thearomi to find out if I am getting a refund or if they can resend the package, still no response. I reached out again today.

Hi Jess,
I'm very sorry about your poor experience ordering with us this year. I just tracked your package and it is in route to you in Alabama but unfortunately there's been long delays with shipping this year across all carriers and is still listed as delayed and in-transit. Since this doesn't help you with your holiday gifts, I've refunded the full amount. When you do get the fragrances, feel free to keep and enjoy them.
Very sorry that the delivery services have been slow this holiday season and caused you additional stress and anxiety. All the best in 2021.

I just pulled up your records and it looks like we only received an order for the 3-fragrance mini set which has been delivered. I'll reach out to you via email regarding the additional samples, we use Shopify for the website which generally runs very smoothly and accurately but we'll figure this out for you!

I really love the delivery service, really fast. Do not understand reviews where guys have some troubles with the orders. Product is exactly what I ordered, so definitely great purchase! My mom loves the aroma I have ordered to her. I would recommend them to my friends.

Glad to hear your mom likes the scent! Yes, I think USPS was having some issues a few weeks ago but fortunately it seems to have improved and things are getting delievered quickly again. Whew! :)

place the order on 9/17/2020 and still not here it looks like it going to take 2-3 additional days. question I was 5 dollars for shipping why does it take this long to receive the package.

I'm sorry to hear that USPS has been slow in delivering your package. I just tracked your shipment and it looks like it is still listed in transit. I will monitor and see if there is any movement on the package today and contact USPS if the package seems to be stuck somewhere. Unfortunately USPS has been a bit slower than normal.
