After nearly 3 weeks after I ordered for my daughter birthday , I’ve been told they don’t have what I ordered if I want something else !
My recommendation is Avoid !

The Ariadne charged my credit card without authorization so I initiated a bank charge-back. Their customer service representative re-characterized my communication substantially, as the matter bounced from rep to rep to rep.

My boyfriend bought me a ring from this company and the ring is turning my finger green and the ring it self is going orange

You have incorrect information on your website. I ordered a knit bag for vacation and on your website it says that the bag has a closure. I received the bag and it does not have a closure. I cannot use this bag for travel. Your company should pay for the return since you have materially incorrect and misleading information on your website. This issue was ignored in your customer service response and I just received a form letter telling me I have to pay for the return.

The very fact they acknowledged my dilemma, & the email so quickly answered with empathy & honesty.
I did email about my problem, but was not left waiting.
It gave me time to select & buy another 21st Birtday Present.
My only setbacks was on purchasing the engraved necklace, there was no chance to ask for a delivery date, or no selection of length of chain.
I had been looking at other sites where there were options for deliver, & lengths.
It was my fault, I was getting overwhelmed & choose the necklace I wanted, but in my haste, I forgot to notice the chain length was not indicated, & no thought, of how long it would take

I decided to proceed with the necklace, as now have a Christmas present!
I did order from another site & choose an engraved bracelet which will arrive within 2 working days.

This company sent me bright oragne sandals and are claimimg that they are what I ordered ie "tan" Refusing to refund my money Disgusted with them Scam

Ich habe bei Ariadne das erste Mal bestellt. Der Bestellvorgang selbst war einfach durchführbar; als schwieriger stellte sich die Lieferung der Ware dar, da sich die Zustellung erheblich verzögerte. Dies monierte ich und erhielt von Emma, der Mitarbeiterin aus dem Support Team von Ariadne umgehend die Mitteilung, dass man sich bemühen wird, den Vorgang zu beschleunigen. Dies geschah entsprechend und ich erhielt die Tasche, wie von ihr angekündigt.
Das war klasse und ein hervorragendes Beispiel für ein sehr gutes Beschwerdemanagement.

My first experience was very positive. Polite, responsive and efficient.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung! Die Rücksendung musste auf eigene Kosten nach England erfolgen, was mit unverhältnismäßig hohen Versandkosten verbunden war. Obwohl ich die Ware fristgerecht retourniert habe, ist bis heute keine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises erfolgt.

Es ist absolut ärgerlich, wenn man nicht nur hohe Rücksendekosten tragen muss, sondern anschließend auch noch seinem Geld hinterherlaufen darf.

Für mich ein äußerst enttäuschender Kundenservice. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich von einer Bestellung nur abraten!

If I could rate no stars, I would. The shipping process is slow, you get next to no updates, paid £2 extra for a dust bag but I think corner shop carrier bags cost more to manufacture.

customer service team are of no real assistance.

If you plan on purchasing in time for Christmas or a birthday you’d probably need to order 3 months in advance.

However today received email apologising and giving me delivery date and “tracking “ to see its progress (for Monday 12/10/2026 ) that’s a good result for them and me as a customer

The service has been brilliant got backs to me very quickly and refund on its way to me as only wanted 1 necklace . Thankyo u so much

The bag was ordered over a week ago and still have not received any information in regards to when delivery is going to happen - when asked I was told I would get an update when it reached the courier service.

I had a problem with my delivery address they sorted this promptly x

Amazing customer service. They responded quickly to my multiple emails and acted fast to edit my order.

I’ve had a very good experience so far… I want to exchange my order for a different size and I have had a reply very prompt so far

The team is very good at responding to emails and answering your concerns, However, not too good at actual deal with the issued complaint in time.
