Been using AI QS for the last few months, great service and accurate pricing

Been sceptical about using a QS for years, but as jobs get bigger and work load is massive, I’ve been trying to find some help on my least favourite part, used a couple of big name QS companies for the domestic extensions we undertake, 100-300k range, wasn’t impressed with some of the big boys work, and didn’t find it relevant to what we do, these guys are a fraction of the cost and do all the leg work and raise the issues with drawings etc clearly, I haven’t converted one of theirs into a sales quote yet, but had 2 boq’s back and both been really useful in helping me write my own quote for customers and saved me hours of quantifying and shopping, as well as in some cases having to Deisgn more to be able to price, it’s also mega useful for flagging items if have just over looked, bought the 7 package deal and for the cost it’s amazing service, highly recommend 5Star

One of our tenders was for a project value of over £1 million pounds which would have taken me 3 to 4 days to price.
