Best product I could've picked
Best product I could've picked. Price was satisfying. Best discreet addressing on the shipping box (no clues as to where it was from). 10/10 will probably be buying extra from the same site later.

Hi Mhhg , thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry the item you ordered has a chemical smell, it's made from rubber. The rubber smell will dissipate after it's removed from the package, washing it with soap and water helps as well.
Please feel free reach out to us by email or phone with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share.
Great service and products.

I ordered what I needed
I ordered what I needed. Order arrived fast and on time.
However, I a disjointed on the following issue:
1. You described the product as life like and feels life like.
UNFORTUNATELLY IT IS NOT.
2. YOUR PHOTOS ARE MISREPERSENTING THE ACTUAL PRODUCT, BOTH IN SIZE AND THE FEEL WHEN TOUCHED

Hi Bud, thanks for the 5 star review!
A Site You can Trust
The Adult Toy Shop is a very reliable site, that has a wealth of information in order to up to date and knowledgeable when purchasing toys or wanting to know information about the whole sex industry whether you are a novice or experienced shopper. The videos they provide on their products to give you an idea of what you are purchasing are very helpful. I would just caution the buyer to beware and do a thorough investigation to avoid overspending or not getting what you exactly want. Their sex toy guide is amazing and invaluable to help educate yourself. The Adult Toy Shop seems to care about keeping you informed and not some sites that just are interesting in selling without informing.

Hi Beau, thanks for leaving us such a wonderful review. We are thrilled that you loved the videos and product information; our staff will definitely be happy to read what you wrote.
If only you could read and write english!
We don't have what was ordered because you messed up the shipping address!! We sailed away from the Yacht Club we were staying at and all these weeks later we're still expediting freight forwarders.

Hi Donald,
I reached out to you via email April 28th and did not receive a response.
Online tracking shows your order was delivered to the address you gave us which is the Yacht Club.
Perhaps there's a mix up and it was a different company that you had a shipping issue with.
We use the shipping information that is provided by you during the checkout process and never make any changes or edits to that information.
An email receipt is sent out immediately after an order is placed where you can review your shipping information and contact us if there are any issues.
We didn't receive any communication from you stating that there was an error with the address.
Thanks
Mayla
