We sincerely apologize for this discrepancy and for giving you the impression our team wasn't doing its work well. That is not the standard we aim for. To fix this right away, could you please send a photo of the received product to our support email at support@the-next-decor.com?
You can trust them
I have ordered a customised picture in their whatsapp number in premium quality acrylic with gold frame...they told me to avoid direct sunlight because of the frame...after I received my product... I told there were a few crack marks which is not visible normally but in light I can see them.. they told me to make a video and send it to their whatsapp..I did so...they took the picture and corrected it...I contacted them multiple times with different queries and they were so patient and answered each of my queries...today I got the picture and it is shining 🤭🤭...I am really happy with the service...there was no glass but the picture is shining...so it is looking like something really premium and expensive

The photo is very flimsy
The photo is very flimsy
I thought it will have a frame or thickness about it , it’s just a sheet , not even worth 1000 rs for which I paid triple that amount .
Very disappointing, in pictures it looks very elegant on website real life not so worth it ,
Save you money and go buy it from local stores .
