Granddaughter’s Surprise
About a week ago we ordered a personalised seed box for our granddaughter as a surprise present. It arrived today and is absolutely gorgeous. The quality is very good, far beyond our expectations for the price. Personalised butter dish
Ordered the personalised butter dish on Friday,paid the bit extra to get here sooner then worried it would not be here in time for our holiday.emailed Philip who made sure it was here yesterday (tuesday) literally as we were about to leave in our motorhome which is what I wanted it for. Couldn't of asked for better service, dish is superb and I will be looking on the website again I'm certain.

Great business to deal with in all respects
excellent range of bespoke gifts etc. and prices very reasonable. Delivery was prompt and well packaged. Items in pristine condition. I failed to claim the discount offered before placing the order but the extremely helpful Philip sorted this out for me retrospectively.

In My Mum's Memory
I order a planter to put on my mum's grave from her Grandchildren, and what a beautiful thing it is!
I order the plants also came very quickly and is just as advertised, I'm thinking of ordering a second one I'm that impressed, when I showed my children it brought a tear to there eyes , thank you so much ❤️

Really excellent service
Really excellent service. I’d left it too late, and ordered late in the day for an anniversary. Philip produced and shipped my order the following day, withstanding his newborn baby!!! Amazing service and so appreciated. Glass dome is great - heavy and simple just as I wanted. And board is lovely. Perfect gift. Thank you so much.

Excellent Customer Service
This arrived in very good time. Really good quality and the perfect gift for a retiring colleague. However to my dismay but due to an error on my part there was a mistake on the wording of the plaque! I emailed Abbey to say it was a lovely item and explained what I had done! She was brilliant and answered my message straight away even though it was Saturday evening ! She offered to send me a new plaque to fix my dilemma and confirmed early Monday morning that it was posted and on it's way. Excellent customer service and after sales, I cannot fault this seller a genuinely lovely experience from start to finish. A very big thank you Abbey for helping out here when it wasn't your fault in the first place 🙂
