Fantastic customer service
Fantastic, friendly and efficient customer service when I accidentally missed something off my order - I received a phone call within minutes of sending an email and all was resolved within 15 minutes.
Order was posted promptly, well packaged, arrived quickly, great quality.

The quality of the toy farm you can easily shut all the farm into the box easily to pack away. I had one a few years ago and was well pleased for my great niece when she finished playing with it she handed in down to her sister. Now I have bought one for my granddaughter who I am sure will love playing with the farm too.Denise

Really happy with the products i…
Really happy with the products i ordered they are exactly like the photo online. The process was super easy and delivery was really fast! Only took around 2 days which is amazing! However one thing to point out, apple pay didn’t seem to be working on the website for checkout, however entering card details still worked. Hopefully this could be rectified to make checkout seamless and easy

A special ‘Thank You’ gift
I wanted a special gift for a neighbour who had volunteered to cut my enormous and completely overgrown hedge, a mammoth job and one that took over eight hours to complete. Despite never having cut a hedge before, he made a fantastic job of it. How best to thank him? ‘I wonder if anyone sells bespoke garden shears online’ I thought…..and there is! The Laser Boutique came up trumps with my thank you message inscribed across both handles of a nifty pair of shears and the recipient was absolutely chuffed to bits! Perfect Gift!!
I used the laser boutique for a personalised gift for my Nan’s birthday. Unfortunately I only come across their website a few days before so it wouldn’t be delivered in time. I emailed the email address on their website and their customer service was excellent. They were so helpful and helped arrange the gift to be delivered in time. I ordered a personalised flower planter and I was so pleased with it when it arrived. It is beautiful and exactly what I was after.
