Unsatisfactory support
I have had the in ear hearing aids for about 7 months and I still am struggling with them. Firstly I didn’t find they helped with my hearing and so they were increased and now there’s an awful background noise so I don’t wear them.
Getting an appointment to see someone about the issues takes weeks which is why it’s taking such a long time to get the issues resolved.
I’m now wishing I’d gone to one of the high street companies who have a specialist there every day.
Very disappointed with the whole experience.
