Uzayr Issa saw me for a hearing check this morning to investigate a hearing issue and to conduct a hearing test. I went in on time and was greeted by a throughly professional and diligent audiologist. He explained everything in great detail and was extremely thorough with every aspect of the appointment. The results were explained in detail and were forwarded to me immediately.

In summary the service was first class and I can’t recommend Uzayr highly enough.

I was really impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism of Uzayr Issa, who listened carefully to my circumstances and guided me through the process. I appreciated the fact that he didn't push me towards buying earring aids but allowed me to process all the information and come back to the Hearing Care partnership when I was ready - Excellent and reassuring also to do the test on the premises of my optician.

The Consultant, Uzayr Issa, was on-time, explained everything well and was very competent. The treatment was efficient and effective.

Mr. Issa gave me a very comprehensive series of tests to check my hearing, explaining carefully what he was doing and why. Having done this, he showed the results, talked through the readings and discussed what needed to be done as the next step.

Uzayr is a very kind patient person, he takes his time to explain things clearly too you. His ear examinations are both thorough and not rushed.

Uzayr was extremely patient and polite with my 95 year old mother who can be difficult. Persevered with difficult wax extraction and was successful. Highly pleased with the service and given the hearing test included, well worth £70. Hearing is improved too !
