I had my appointment in Looe, Cornwall and Rachel was amazing. She put me immediately at ease, explaining everything that was going to happen. While going through my test, Rachel was very clear about what the test was looking for and afterwards explained in detail what the results meant, answering all my questions with ease. I would highly recommend Rachel and have already booked in for my appointment next year!

The hearing test was thorough and covered ear health as well as function. Shellie was brilliant. She was professional, informative and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

The explaination of the purpose of the tests, and of why the patricular recommentations were offered led to a relaxed and informative consultation.

Having had hearing aids for 25 years I have had a great deal of experience of hearing tests and provision of aids. Shellie was certainly the best audiologist I have dealt with. She was professional, clear and concise and ensured I received aids exactly matching my hearing loss and needs. When incorrect aids were dispatched she immediately returned them and I had the correct aids within a week. I can highly recommend shellie.

Shellie Forster spoke with knowledge and professionalism, rarely encountered these days.
The previous encounter at a different clinic, lacked the above qualities.
Shellie soon realised that my problem was not wax related and set about a detailed hearing assessment.
I was there for approximately an hour, for which there was no charge and a referral was instigated by Shellie, to my doctor.
A most excellent experience, if not quite the news that I was hoping for..!!

Having worn NHS hearing aids for 8 years - I started really struggling this year particularly as a musician and felt I needed more specialised care. My whole experience with Shellie in Looe and the Hearing Aid Partnership has been incredibly positive for me. The time given and the care taken to explain everything clearly and understand my individual needs has been exceptional. I can enjoy music much more again without distortion and tinnitus has become much less noticeable. Clarity has improved hugely. Great care is taken when the aids are fitted so that they stay put and are 100% comfortable. I had 3 consultations with Shellie in 3 weeks and I cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience.

Very indepth hearing test.
It was very interesting, a small camera was placed inside my ear, I could see it on the laptop.
Every step was explained to me, why it was done, the effect on my ear.
I learned so much !
The staff were very polite and helpful.
All in all an excellent experience.
