Hannah Scott from The Hearing aid Partnership @ David Bull Optometrists in my local town of burnham-on-sea is amazing. I had problems with my hearing and decided to get my ears check out, I managed to get an appointment straight away. The lovely Hannah made me feel so at ease. After having seen images of inside my ear Hannah explained that I had a mass of wax build up in my ears and that was what the problem and that’s why my hearing was so muffled, Hannah then went on to tell me what the procedure was in removing the wax. I found the procedure very quick and not as uncomfortable as you might imagine, I was Amazed and totally shocked at the results it was like I was hearing clearly for the fist time, I would like to thank Hannah Scott personally for the professional care I received during my appointment and the follow up advice I received so Thank you ever so much Hannah. I would also like to ad that if you have problems with your hearing then there is no better place to go locally than The Hearing Aid Partnership @ David Ball Optometrists.

Had a 6 month hearing check which resulted in wax removal from one ear.
Everything was very professional ; friendly reception , prompt attention and effective treatment by Niki.

Went in for what I thought to be wax in ears however upon Hannah looking in them there was no wax but my tight ear had a bulge in the inner part of the ear and she explained to me how it may of happened and it will be a doctors trip very professional and friendly lady.

My partner and I booked in for ear moldings (ear protection with a separate company) with Nikisha Oladipupo, due to timings we had to have our bookings across two days. I was first, which was fortunate as my partner had several really bad experiences as a child/teenager with her ears, this meant my partner was able to see the full process and ask questions.

Nikisha was beyond brilliant, I really can't rate her highly enough - I'm pretty easy going about things and it was an (overall) positive experience, aside from necessary discomfort.

Nikisha tailored her approach and process perfectly for my partner, knowing her previous difficulties she was super conscious of everything and kept my partner 100% informed and offered to do things differently to make it more comfortable for her.

I wish I could give a better rating, because Nikisha deserves more than these 5 stars that so many others get. She's a star and I can't thank her highly enough for helping my partner through what could have easily been an awful experience.

I'd been struggling with wax build up and deafness for nearly a year and had had two previous appointments with other audiologists in different companies. Both had insisted on using micro suction even though the sticky nature of the wax made it an uncomfortable and unsuccessful experience. I called THCP and had a telephone consultation with Nikisha Oladipupo who was incredibly thorough and professional, saying that I could have irrigation rather than micro suction. I felt that I was in safe hands and was confident I'd be sorted out this time. It was very easy to book an appointment and the whole process in shop was very safe and Covid conscious. Within minutes of starting the procedure, my right ear was clear. The left ear took a little longer but even so, after just 20 comfortable and painless minutes I could hear again! Delighted!! A hearing test followed and I was not put under any pressure to buy a hearing aid. Nikisha was professional, efficient, friendly and most importantly, successful in clearing the wax. I would give her six stars if they were available and can't praise her highly enough. Thank you Nikisha!! Highly recommended.
