Ethical, knowledgeable, friendly & approachable - the personal touch makes all the difference
THC Homes' approachable and friendly Sales and Design team members have worked patiently with me throughout the process of choosing and creating my ideal passivhaus lodge build, which was delivered to site recently. For personal reasons of mine, the timeline for completion of the process was somewhat extended from the average - but THC Homes have been nothing but accommodating and they did everything possible to keep things on track. Responses to emails/phone calls have always been prompt, polite and understanding. I eventually chose the 1-bed 'Merlin' (now 'NordRidge') model from their latest range, which is really beautiful - and perfect for my needs, as an all-year-round, beyond-residential-standard, holiday home. I can fully endorse their claim that the internal environment of the lodge is calming and restful - which is also supported by (unprompted) comments from the few friends and family who have so far visited and said this to me. The company is both environmentally and ethically sound, which was of the utmost importance to me in choosing THC Homes to supply my lodge. We are continuing in these early days to work together to resolve a few outstanding snagging issues (which are to be expected with any new build) but overall I am delighted with my Merlin.
