Hi Jens, we are sorry you thought the information provided wasn't sufficient.
We have a section on the top of every page which says "Outside the UK? We remove VAT - click here to read more" and it links to this page https://www.tftools.co.uk/pages/post-brexit-international-customers
We explains how your country may charge VAT & customs.
It depends where you live but when you import goods, your government may charge VAT or duty.
We also ensure that the UK VAT is removed from the prices for everyone outside the UK, this ensures that you don't pay tax twice.
You only pay the tax that you country would usually charge on goods. Thanks, Lucy

Wasn’t going to leave a review, however was sick of multiple emails about reviewing. Ordered a tool lot box. Great gear in it. However feel they should include something other than chocolate and sticker sheets to fill it out.

We know it is popular with our regular customers and as a result Sticker sheets were also designed and made. Our Sticker sheets are made from Eco-paper so they are durable but are compostable hence the lightweight nature to the material.

The total value of the items in the box was £85.47, which we sold at £60 and the stickers and chocolate were a small portion of this value.
We do have 14 days returns as per your statutory rights, you are welcome to return this for a refund in new/unused condition.

Tools finest
Tools finest! Nothing short of the best. Not the fastest delivery, but still arriving earlier than when they say. Only found out about this company about two months ago and have bought everything I needed from their site. As for what I want is a different story! I will be bankrupt very soon.
