I purchased a PDF version of Statistics for Social Workers, ISBN-13: 9780205867257, for $29.90. I received an email with the confirmation email instantly. I sent an email to the site asking how long it would take for me to receive the link for the book, as I was concerned it may have been a scam. About two hours later, I received an email assuring me that I would be sent the link as soon as the book was prepared. About three hours later, I got the email with the Google Drive link to the PDF copy of the book. All is well! Worth the wait and money. Wish I had known about the website sooner. I received another email with this message:

I have been using this service since my first year in college (fall of 2022) and it has been great. Communication is very prompt. I ordered a textbook on Jan 11th and had received a poor quality ebook. Upon emailing them, I received a a prompt response stating that they will fix it and I had a great quality e-book sent to me just a few minutes later. I have never had any issues since I have used their service and from my recent experience, issues are resolved promptly.

this company is a SCAM. do not trust the positive reviews! THEY WILL NOT SEND THE DOWNLOAD LINK AND THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO EMAILS/MESSAGES. I was really hoping this website was legit but it isn't. the prices for the textbooks may be tempting but IT IS A SCAM. different name on reddit, different name on website, and different name on PayPal. Is it Bilal el hasnaoui, etextbookrequest, or textbookbia? save your money and shop elsewhere

UDPATE: They sent an email back simply stating that the order has been 'cancelled', but no refund was given. Still no replies to my emails

There was a transient problem in their site, so I reported before that this site may be a hoax. but I received the ebook after that, so I apologise and admit that textbookbia is a genuine site you can trust, I'll give ***** five stars and I recommend this site.

Promises 1-24hr email delivery of ebook, it has been over 1 week and still no email (checked junk). Likely scam website. Does not reply to emails.

I was sceptical at first, ngl, but I saw the previous reviews and the cost of the book I wanted (normal retail of CAD$135) was only US$35. Plus, they actually sent me a sample of the textbook when I voiced my concerns and it was exactly what I needed and all that made me less worried to try it. Had initial issues with payment (paydash and wyre) but their customer service responded quickly and redirected me to paypal and the payment was no issue. Sent me the download link and now I got my Administrative office textbook! I am definitely gonna use them again!

I needed a textbook for my biology course that was offered to me for $75 CAD and decided to look online and found this website where they sold it for $15 USD. Decided to take a chance and I received the full textbook through email after about 12 hours. No complaints from me

Unsure if this was legit, I did proceed to place my order anyways. I received the download link within seconds after order confirmation!
If you are a student, consider making this website your first pit stop for looking textbooks up. Chances are, they'd have what you'd be looking for, and that too, for a fraction of Amazon's retail cost! I love these people!! :)
