Somehow
Somehow, my email got connected to an account. Not my name. Not my birthday. Not even my state. I called to get my email removed. They refuse to remove my email “until they get in touch with the profile holder”. Refuse to literally do anything until they get in contact with this guy. Mind you, this guy hasn’t answered the phone in 48 hours. Spent an hour on the phone with them to get my personal information removed and it was not even successful. My info is still on the account and I’m still unhappy about it.

The easiest way I know to switch providers
Because you can filter the utilities being offered by their features, finding a new electricity plan for my area and home was very easy. Switching providers was seamless. The entire process of finding plans in my area, investigating cost, signing up, and being approved took less than 10 minutes. If you play with the filters a lot, 15 minutes max.

Moved Almost 1000 Miles
Being able to do this online is a blessing. Not only is it stressful to move almost 1000 miles, but then you have all the extras like address, cable, electric, etc., and being able to do this so seamlessly is a plus. Thank you. 🙏
