I have placed multiple orders with this company, and have not received the products nor any communication from the company. I am still trying to get an answer from them and I have reported them to the BBB. DO NOT ORDER from this company- it is a SCAM!!
Like similar people have said I put in an order and have heard nothing since. Based on other people’s reviews, I am requesting the credit card company to cancel. Very disappointing as the product looks amazing (if it is even real).
If it is a small company that can’t keep up then they should have an email that says it or to put the items out of stock until they catch up. As others noted pretty sure it is a scam.
Numerous complaints filed with the BBB in Missouri, they take your money and never send you the product. Read and believe the reviews telling you not to try and buy from them. Ordered in November 2025, got an email 3 weeks later saying my product would ship soon. Never heard from them again, i emailed requesting a refund, nothing, BBB reached out and they are not responding to them either. Absolutely garbage company and owner. Stay away!
I ordered my heavy duty Tether tug kit Oct 5, 2025 and at that time they stated that shipping time was one week.
I emailed them twice to check on my order after a bit of time and I received the, "we are behind on orders but you will get your kit" response. That was the last time I heard anything from them.
It is now Jan 29th, no communication, no refund, no tether tug kit but yet they are still taking orders on their website and stating 14 days shipping time. DONT place an order unless you like giving your money away.
If I can give 0 stars I would! Don’t do It. I’ve placed an order early December 14th. It’s now Jan 28th and never received it. Ignoring my emails and all!! No confirmation or NOTHING! And when you call it’s goes straight to voicemail! Stay AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU PURCHASE!
Would do zero stars if possible. Scam company, takes your money, doesn't ship, won't refund you, but will give you the run around. Would mever recommend or order again.
They charged my credit card over two months ago and still nothing. I have sent a dozen emails and called as well but still have not gotten back with me. Totally ignored. Two weeks ago I received an email saying that it was shipped but that was a lie. Nothing. I have requested a refund several times but NOTHING.
I have emailed the company several times, requesting that the product I ordered be delivered or that my money be refunded. It has been over 2 months, and I have not received my money or the product.
I placed the order on August 25,2025, as of October 13th, no order. I emailed them on September 22. They replied and apologized for the delay, but there was no estimate for a delivery date.
Lesson learned, I should have looked at the reviews first. I did notice a similar company out of California I might contact.
Waiting 2 months now & still nothing. Claim to be small business and that they are dealing with high demand. Got 2 responses when I asked for updates a month ago, now they haven’t replied at all. Total scam.
I placed an order online with Tether Tug on July 20, 2025. On August 24th and August 27th I requested refunds via email. On August 28th a shipping label was created and my requests for a refund were ignored. Do not do business with this company. They claim to be a small family business. Maybe that's true, maybe it isn't but I'm a small business owner too and this is not how you treat your customers.
Order mine over two months ago. I have tried to contact them multiple times regarding when it will be shipped as they indicate on their website, the items are in stock. They are even located in my state. My emails have gone unanswered and right when I was frustrated enough to ask for a refund, I received a shipping confirmation. Now the tracking information shows that the carrier USPS has not even accepted the package and it’s been stuck for 10 days! I’m done! Will fight to get my money returned. Don’t waste your time or money on these scammers.
This company will say items are in stock, then lie over and over again about reasons why its been months and the item still hasn't shipped.
Total scam company, don't waste your money. You are better off getting something from Amazon with a similar design.
