Pseudoscientific jargon that would confuse some people, dressed up as meaningful science.

This is how they say the "test" works...
"Bioresonance testing uses the information from a living organism which gives out energy – in this case a sample of hair – and can be thought of as the fingerprint of a person. The energy, or frequencies, in the hair are tested and compared to the frequencies of all the items we test for."

So if you want to waste some money. go ahead and order a test.

My test results revealed a number of sensitivities, but they did not reveal a known allergen. I have emailed them twice for clarification as to how this could happen, and how this impacts the reliability of the other results. If their tests cannot detect a known allergen, how can I rely on their results?!
I have had NO RESPONSE to two separate enquiries. This is unacceptable customer service when you are talking about someone's health and potential life-altering test results.

Alice has been absolutely amazing. I sent my sample off but they never received it. Then when they sent me another one out I stupidly forgotten to add my contact details. Speaking to Alice repeatedly via email she has now sent out another kit. I’m so very grateful for her professionalism and problem solving.

Previously cut out dairy and felt better but started eating it again. The ultimate test i took showed I'm sensitive to all dairy and not a lot else, this proves to me that this test is pretty accurate, very happy with results.

I bought this through Wowcher and am once i was dealing directly with this company, it was a very user-friendly service. The hair sample process was to cut 4 strands from root and put in sealable bag such as zip lock (to save postage good to find small one) and attach the bar code provided to this bag and put in envelope, which you address to them. They updated me when my results arrived and when they were ready. On a laptop I only had to hit a button and my results in PDF downloaded. The results went through 3 levels of reactivity for food groups, then listed individual items. These tallied with previous tests I'd done - but these results were much more user-friendly. It covered vitamins, minerals, metals and other toxins such as addititives and passive smoking, cellphones, household products or car fumes. I'm starting the elimination diet, 42 safe foods for a week as a result of this to test foods I eat regularly for reactions.
