A few weeks ago I wrote a review and gave only ONE star. Since then I have received brilliant help and understanding from this company and I am now very happy to give a 5 star rating. There has definitely been a mix-up on the delivery of our original order when only one of two items ordered were delivered. It seems that this fault was with the delivery company. After a number of e-mails sent to 'Tests4you', I received a 'phone call from somebody called Steve, who was aware of the problem. He could not have been more helpful and undestanding and he promised to send our order - express / next day delivery and this is exactly what happened. We now have exactly what we ordered in the first place and we are very happy with the service. Thank you to Steve, Adam and the whole team.

Great service. I am very very pleased. I had a rush to complete the test application in time for a flight. The gentleman named SMITH was extremely courteous and efficient in as much as he bypassed the system and obtained my reference number immediately. i will use this company in future should we still need such tests.

I have used Tests4You a number of times now; very efficient service at a great price. A special mention and thank you to Ash in the customer service department who helped me in the phone. Will continue to use this company for my travel tests.

To collect my test - an awful experience. I was told that there was the option to collect it from Peterborough depot. I drove there. Difficult to find it within the building. Looked like like an abandoned place. Nobody knew nothing about me collecting. After a few phone calls, I got my test and I had to call a mobile number to get my reference number to the passenger locator. Never got instructions how to return my sample to be tested. Definitely not using again, or recommending the company to anyone.

To order - information on the phone - Clear information and resolved my query.

I would like to thank Jennifer for her help in sending me my PLN. I was very disappointed that I had to called Tests4You to report not receiving my PLN (and wasting money on ordering another test, which also didn't send me a PLN). But thankfully Jennifer calmly solved the problem.

Hello, many thanks to Jasper who delt wonderfully with my mum on the phone as my parents have no internet access. Difficult times for those who are not connected and whose family live in France, it’s a big stress and it’s becoming too complicated to travel for them !...

Daniel on the helpline resolved a browser issue that was obstructing the registration process. Daniel was helpful, thorough and polite - and he talked it through with me successfully

Ricky was the man of the situation. I had to take the train on sunday 23rd at 4.40 pm to France. He took care of my file from 1pm to almost 4pm. Despite my multiple calls due to stress of missing my train, he was patient and understanding of the situation. He went the extra mile for me, remained curteous and professional. Thank you Ricky for a wonderful time in France. You deserve all the love. Keep up the amazing work!

Andrew went above and beyond to get me results in time for flight when I hadn’t left enough time to get results back

If I could give zero stars I would the customer service is horrendous. My test results were lost in their lab and they told me I have to bring it up with Royal Mail! More than a week to get my results and still waiting. let's hope I'm not walking around passing Covid to everyone! My partner sent their test on the same day at the time at same post box, we got his results after a delay.

I had a smooth experience with this company. Booked Day 2 test for 4 people, codes for the Passenger Information Form were received almost immediately after my purchase via email. Test kits arrived within 3 days. Instructions to complete and upload the test results were clear and simple to follow. Subsequent certificate was issued via email following day. Happy to recommend and would definitely use them again in the future.
