SCAM, Do not buy anything

Scam, DO NOT BUY, I purchased the LO writing service for my son. They took my money and I emailed them the document. They were a week late and my child only got 40%, it’s an absolute SCAM, don’t purchase anything from them

I applied for the package deal with all…

I applied for the package deal with all the subjects in grade 8. When my purchase was successful I saw that English and Afrikaans were not given but it was written that English and Afrikaans was included in the package. When I sent an email regarding my complaint they said they couldn’t refund my money and they can’t give me the subjects English and Afrikaans because it was a mistake on their side, the fault was them and they are sorry.
So this is absolutely poor service and the response I got back I’m not happy with because they were dishonest on their site. I will never buy anything from them because they scammed me.

Material was good but missing some content.

Material was good,however some of the pictures that were used as a reference, were not included. I forwarded an email query regarding this. I was told that content creators would look into it,for future inclusion. Not helpful if I need it for my child to learn currently.
