They offer excellent customer service, being very attentive, professional, and responsive. This is quite rare for online stores! Their service is also very fast, and you can expect to receive your items in a couple of days overseas. Their prices are competitive, and they have a wide range of beautiful and original products. I never write reviews, but these guys got me out of a tight spot with some exceptionally fast delivery times from Italy to the UK and overall just a very good and pleasant online retail experience, that frankly should be the base case from all retailers, but sadly is far from that. thanks v much.

Fast shipment, great service!
Item of great quality, very well packaged and I received it in 24h! Only downside is that posting fees are not free, I paid around 180€ for an article and I would expect posting to be free for such a value. Still it was great because I found there an item that was sold out everywhere :)

Asking to pay £100 more after I bought Trousers from their website
Purchased Tom Ford Trousers for £141 on 31st. Couple days later received an email from Tessabit, Which asked me to pay £100 more as they claimed advertised price on their website was not correct. When I asked for more explanation, They referred me to their terms and conditions. 5 days later, They cancelled the purchase from their side. Very bad experience, Do not recommend.

The item was purchased on Black Friday sales, I had an option to purchase similar item at almost same price, But it's gone now. Your costumer service is absolutely appalling.

we are truly sorry for the experience you had, especially since it was caused by a technical issue.
We only want to point out few things:
You placed the order on Friday evening (November 28th ) and we contacted on Monday morning (December 1st ) at 10 am CET, so the very first working day after the weekend.
We explained you that the price displayed for the trousers you bought was, unfortunately, wrong and we gave you two options: pay the difference or get the full refund, as we were not allowed to process the order at that wrong price.
You answered with your disappointment, not indicating your choice.
We replied you again the same day, apologizing and explaining what it is written in our Terms and Conditions, and you did not answer anymore.
Today, after other 2 days with no reply from you, we decided not to keep your money on hold any longer and we fully refunded the transaction.
What is written in our Terms and Conditions is: “Tessabit constantly verifies the accuracy of the prices listed on the site. However, in the event that an error is found in the pricing of a product, Tessabit will block the order and offer the User the opportunity to purchase another product at the price already paid by the User or the same product at the correct price."
We fully understand your disappointment and we are really sorry about that.
Unfortunately, issues can happen but we are here to help and to give solutions, if possible.
We remain at your disposal and we wish you a nice day.

Esperienza pessima
leri nel pomeriggio Sono passata in questo negozio insieme a mio marito con l'idea di acquistare una giacca.
L'esperienza però è stata davvero spiacevole. Mentre stavo valutando alcuni capi, insieme alla commessa che mi stava seguendo (molto carina e disponibile) è entrato il titolare e ha rimproverato in modo molto sgarbato una commessa, proprio davanti a me ed ad altri clienti.
La scena è stata così imbarazzante e poco professionale che mi ha fatto completamente passare la voglia di comprare qualsiasi cosa.
Un peccato, perché il negozio è ben fornito, ma un atteggiamento del genere rovina l'intera esperienza.
Non credo tornerò.
