Beware of Terrific travel company they Overcharged for Umrah package and services were subpar. They booked cheaper flight to maximize their profit on check in I came to about no food would be served during journey when I asked Mr zeeshan he simply said sorry I forgot to update you.on very first stay in my hotel I wasn't being served with breakfast as per hotel receptionist company only booked room not meal then I contacted zeeshan he took. Whole day to sort it out I got breakfast next day.Hotel in madina being provided by company wasn't they promised during my pakg.when I complain he simply said sorry I'll check.Poor customer service,improfessional attitude and looters Wouldn't recommend for travel."

Terrific travel provided a very cost-efficient package that still had great hotels and all transport included as private transfers.

Their communication is excellent, always making sure things are going to plan, and helping when they don’t.

We had a minor hiccup during our travels, but I still gave 5 stars as they quickly rectified the situation without causing an issue.

The hotel in Makkah was very but the hotel in Medina was a disappointed to us when we arrived there. There was no fridge in the room and my friend was on the medication and needed to keep her medication in the fridge, I was communicating with one of the agencyby texting to complain about it to change the hotel for us since my friend is on medication but they ignore us. We were not happy at all.
