Took 3.5 weeks to receive the product, as their address is in Charlotte, North Carolina but the item came from China.

THESE SHOES ARE CHEAP VARIENT COUNTERFEIT FAKE TRASH!

Not worth $10 at a flee market, let alone the $70 after shipping and taxes I paid. The materials and all, just outright horrible.

I sent an email. attaching pics of a legit pair in same style. Asked for them to abide by their own refund of policy and offered to pay out of pocket to ship these back overseas.

The refund policy on their site clearly says in writing:

But Terra House does not adhere to the policy they advertise to make customers comfortable before purchase.

After I purchased, I was given 3 “take it or leave it” options and told they were doing my a courtesy! Given asked for me to simple “gift it to someone who’d appreciate it more”.

Really?

I demanded a refund and return and sent them a copy of their own policy.

Since? All emails and phone calls have been IGNORED.

Please stay away. I am in pursuit of legal action (free for me) and calling my credit card company for a chargeback.

The first pair of shoes fit fine. The second pair of the same style did not fit. I was told to mail them back to Turkey. Due to the mail cost, I purchased a third pair... these are also the wrong size. Now I have two pair that will cost me over $80 to mail back to Turkey.

I love them. I can’t wait for spring time to drive out. The only news I can’t find what size I ordered. Can you please tell me I’ll try to find my order on the log and I can’t find it.

Very low quality. The pictures looked great and the quality was nothing like what was shown. Also, I ordered a Large, the size said XXL on the shirt, and it was the size of an American Small-Medium. I couldn't even put the shirt on it was so tight. I asked for a return, they told me to ship it to Turkey. The shipping cost would cost ($60) more than I paid to purchase the item and the address couldn't be confirmed as correct by USPS. So poor quality not like the pictures, inaccurate American sizing, and impossible / astronomically expensive return process.

DO NOT BUY!!!! A company pretending to be based out of the USA but ships from china. I received the shoes, they’re not suede at all! Side by side they’re also not even the same size and I took pictures to prove it. One side 4inches tall the other shoe 4.9inches tall wtf. do not buy!!!!

I ordered this dress for a funeral. I messsged them& asked if they could expedite it and I was told they didn’t do that. I wasn’t offered a refund and keep in mind, the dress had still not gotten any where close to being ready to ship. In fact, it still isn’t here!

I received an Instagram ad for shoes, which led me to purchase boots from what I thought was a company based out of North Carolina. Both the ad, the Instagram page and the website claimed it was North Carolina. The boots were also said to be genuine leather. The boots arrived from China. They were not real leather. In order to make a return, you must submit a request. The company replied three weeks later and said in order to send the boots back, I would have to pay for shipping to Turkey. I opted for a 20 percent discount instead, which I did eventually receive. I am reporting because the company is misleading consumers into thinking they are buying real leather products from a business in North Carolina, when they are actually purchasing from Turkey by way of China, and the product is fake. I ordered two large bomber jackets, but both were made of cheap materials and did not fit properly. I actually needed an XL or possibly XXL to match US/ CAN sizing. Ignoring the sizing issue, the true value of these jackets is no more than $20 USD and not worth the $100 they claim is ‘retail’.

I am still waiting for an item in my ordered placed January 28.

Waiting for a return label to return and receive a full refund. I received two with the same color, incorrect size, plus not being suede. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

If I had a subzero option I would choose that. I ordered a set of 3 varied size wall hang baskets. They came late, after at least 4-5 weeks. They were all same size, smaller than reported, and cheap construction! But here’s the real killer, upon requesting my refund, they sent a Turkey address and offered $8 for a $42 purchase and no return support!!!

Place an order for multiple Christmas gifts on Dec 12, 2025. Started to get concerned I had not received my order. I did some research to find out my order was coming from China! I have emailed Terra House multiple times, same AI generated response, which contained zero help. On 2/16/26 our order/parcel is now showing “Lost”. I have now called Terra House customer service multiple time, your call is send immediately to voice mail. I will NEVER order from this online retailer again!

I wish I read the reviews before my purchase. My card was charged and never received the shoes. I emailed the company asking for a refund and crickets. Terrahouse.co is a scam!

Worse company I have unfortunately shopped from.

They never email you back on time even though I mailled them right after I ordered a pair of shoes. They replied few days later asking what color I would prefer, in the end 15-16 days later they mailed again saying that it is too late to cancel my order. I purchased shoes ftom here and it was the worse quality worse packing. An awful costumer service didn’t do their jobs and I had to pay 30 euros to returned. Which they don’t reply any of my emails that I informed them about the return. The worse worse worse company, ugly products.

Horrible experience. Their website is deceiving. Never do they tell you that they ship out of China, not that their main office is in Turkey. Strike 1!

Since the items were shipped out of China, the items arrived in 2 weeks. I can live with that (more or less), but when I received my pottery, all three items arrived broken. When I contacted them, they said they were sorry and that they'd give me a 20% discount. Strike 2!

When I told them not acceptable, they said they would refund me only if I shipped (and paid for the shipping) the items to Turkey. I refused.

I emailed several times for a full refund (with photos of the damaged goods), but I didn't hear back from them. Strike 3!

Thank God for Discover Card. I filed a complaint and opted for a chargeback. Only then did they contact me again saying why the chargeback; that would ruin their reputation. I told them they obviously did not care about their reputation since they did nothing to resolve this situation, but if they refunded my money, I would retract the chargeback. I never heard back from them.

I retrospect, I'm glad I filed a complaint. These people are thieves and deserve to be put out of business. Do not purchase from this website.

Ordered ‘real suede leather ‘ short boots. Took 4 weeks to arrive and I think they are made of cardboard soles of some sort. Of course they all offer you 10% to keep the item and/or give it away ,and actually you are forced to take it because it will cost you a couple hundred dollars to return to China. Sizing is totally inaccurate. Pass on this place.
