It took to long to receive item

KEEP SCROLLING!!! Keep your money. Don't waste your time here. Saw a great pair of shoes at more than my usual budget but splurged anyway. When they arrived, I couldn't get all my toes in the shoe! Definately NOT American sizes. So, three days and 5 emails later, I can't get the company to respond with return instructions. $120 wasted. Don't believe the silly blurb on the website about a hometown company and a big dream. Their big dream is to sell crap from China and ghost you when you need an American size. Does anyone need a pair of heels for an American Girl Doll? These should work fine.....

Ordering was easy, good selection. Quality was much better than I expected for the price. Delivery took an extra week to receive is only negative comment.

This company respectfully doesn't even d serve the one star mandatory to write the review.
They are a morally and ethically bankrupt business defrauding, being deceitful and abusing their right to advertise .
Purchased 1 pair of slacks from a Pinterest Ad and been a disastrous experience since. 5 phone calls and 5 e mails only never to get a response .
This company need have their proveleges rebooked to advertise their goods and services on any reputable website to avoid them stealing any one else's mone

I ordered the Milano Italian suede loafer in royal blue the item took a very long time to just process my order a month later I got the shoes.Come to find out when I opened the bag which it didn’t come in a box they where knock offs when I received them it didn’t have the same design or texture as it was described the bottom of the shoe didn’t even have the nice wood design.The shoe I recieved was floppy and in insole was cheap and they where not Milano dress shoes.i don’t recommend this website to buy shoes.very disappointed.

Definitely a HUGE scam. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before I bought two pairs of "leather" shoes. I received two pairs of plastic shoes that measure about a small size 8, I ordered a 9.5. The strap with the buckle is not attached to the shoe, so it's impossible to wear... it just dangles there. I've sent well over 15 emails and left numerous messages. For weeks, no response. When they finally emailed me they offered 3 options: 75% of what I paid for them as store credit. Totally bizarre! Or, I could get 20% off and just keep them, or send them back for an exchange only. Their website clearly states a money-back policy for returns within 30 days of receipt. But you can't return them because they don't provide an address, don't respond to emails, and never answer the phone. I held for more than 30 minutes, then a recording came on saying no one was available, and it disconnected. Please, please do not buy from this company!

Do not order from this company unless you’re prepared to wait 3-4 weeks for your item to arrive. Headquarters are in the U.S with zero products on hand. When the order is placed some 5 year old child in China will start making your item. Then it gets put on a row boat. Depending on the weather decides when your item will arrive.

The sunglasses are unusual, stylish and very cool!!

I just received the wrong order and can’t reach your company… only to be leave my you number and we get back with you . VERY BAD Service !!!!!!!

The soap dispensers are very pretty and go perfectly in our bathroom.

Sorry, I don’t have the option for zero star! This company it’s a scam! Ordered a pair of woman shoes in size 4 US& got a size 225(1 1/2)????,looks like size 7-7 1/2. Trying to call the phone number listed on their website- nobody answered! The only way To comunicate w them is by email! They asked me to return it& pay for the shipping( even it’s their mistake)to a shipping address in Turkey!!! - on their website it’s listed in USA! Scammers!!! & by the way- the quality of the product it’s terrible!

A company pretending to be US based selling cheap products made in China. There customer support only responds by email and all returns have to be shipped back to Turkey. This site is a scam. I purchased two jackets that were not any where close to the correct size. The fabric feels cheap, the zippers are cheap. They pretend to have high end quality, the only quality is in the design of their site.

Merchandise (dress shoes) arrived as shown, when expected. Satisfied overall.

They refused to cooperate
They then claimed too much time passed - not even 30 days.

Whatever you think Temu is— this is worse. Do. Not. Shop. Here. It’s all overpriced garbage from China and I mean this in the worst possible way.

The shoes I ordered were better than expected. The leather is buttery soft. I ordered mules and they hug the front of your foot in the best way and super comfortable. For the price it’s almost worth ordering every color.

The quality of the sunglasses and packing was great.Took a little longer to get them,but totally understand because coming from china I believe. The tracking was straight and no problems.I would use again definitely.

This is a biggest scam I ever saw. I checked webside before to order to make sure this is legit site and it's in USA but apperently it is a huge scam. I order shouse and arrerently they use Chineese shipping company, order was delivered after 3 weeks, quality of product is ASOLUTLY OFFUL, but the wors part was when you try to return product. It's no customer service, just voice mail, I send couple emailes and finnaly received rediculeos responce. They offered me 20% refund or if I wanted to send product back they provided address in Turkey, with shipping cost will be same as my purchase. This is REDICULUES, NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THAT SIDE IT'S JUST A BEATIFUL PICTURE, NOTHING ELSE.

The experience purchasing was good, the ability to return gets a 2. Took a long time to come and NO box.
