We had an amazing experience learning how to make Taralli and Bread. Davide and Marco were phenomenal. We had the whole winery to ourselves and were served an amazing meal with wine pairings as well. I cannot recommend this experience enough.

Interesting and informative visit. Our guide was excellent- friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Really great to visit the ancient mill in addition to the new facility. Learnt lots about the oil production process and how to taste olive oil!

This was an excellent tour of the dairy farm, and opportunity to watch a cheese maestro do his craft! There were 6 total (2 in my group, another group of 4) and we all had a fun and educational experience. We all got to make a few kinds of cheeses including fleur di latte, mozzarella, and burrata. Then we were seated in a sunny atrium with "our" cheeses, and sliced meats and bread, plus wine. Marco is a terrific guide and the cheesemaker was entertaining and informative. Highly recommended!

Had a lovely Olive Oil tour and tasting with Terra Che Vive. Very interesting, and delicious oil. I learned a lot that I will take forward with every olive oil purchase in future. Stunning Masseria and lovely people.

This was an amazing tour! We loved every minute. Small group, only 8 people. Our guide was so knowledgeable and passionate. She gave a lot of interesting information and we were completely engaged. After the short tour of the property and education about the olives, we had a complete tasting of their different and delicious oils. Highly recommend this if you are an olive oil lover or want to know more about the value of good oil.

We had the very best time visiting chef David’s farm. This class was our favorite experience. You travel up this beautiful, long, winding road through the olive Groves and vineyards to get to the top of the hill, which is where his farm is, next explore his grounds. There are many fruit, trees and vegetables growing. Everything you put in your mouth from this experience was grown on his farm. He set us up to enjoy a wine, tasting with some olives and taralli then he taught us how to shape the bread from some dough he prepared earlier then we baked in the old oven built into the trullo. After that, he taught is how to make 3 different shaped pastas. After that, we learned how to make the tomato sauce and then the feast really started. Homemade bread w freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil, caprese salad, buffalo mozzarella, salami & cheese charcuterie, melon, sauted leeks, baked eggplant with cheese, orchietta pasta with tomato sauce, tiramisu & lastly lemonciello. 🍋🍅🍝🍷🇮🇹🥒 🍇

I contacted Terrachevive for the "Dairyman for a day" experience. They answered all of my questions and provided all of the details required for a great experience. I was so impressed I ended up booking additional experiences (Olive oil tasting at a Masseria and a private boat tour from Polignano a Mare).

Each experience was fantastic, the tour guides were very knowledgeable and the local artisan/experts were amazing. The tour guides spoke perfect english and made sure we had a truly memorable experience.

This was an unforgettable and authentic cooking experience in a 100 year old trullo house set amongst olive groves and vineyards . We had difficulty finding the trullo but this was due to road works. Sara, his assistant went the extra mile by fetching us and showing us the right road.
We were welcomed by chef Davide and Sara with wine of the area, olives and home baked taralli biscuits.
After being shown the very old wood burning oven which was used by his mother and grand mother before him we shaped the bread dough prepared by Davide which he baked later.
Inside the trullo everything was laid out and ready for us to make our own local pasta. Davide not only showed us how to prepare the dough for Orecchiette, Cavatelli and Srascinate but we later enjoyed this with a scrumptious home made tomato sauce, basil and cacioricotta hard cheese.
All dishes were prepared with extra virgin olive oil pressed by Davide from his own olive groves.
While we enjoyed some local wine Sara laid the table and later brought out plates with different snacks before the meal - Burrata with tomatoes,extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil leaves, cuts of meats and cheeses from the area. Also Aubergine parmigiana
and the fresh bread that we helped prepare and both baked to perfection by Davide in the old wood-burning ove. For dessert we had a delicious feather light Tiramisu. There was so much food and every dish not only delicious but also a feast for the eyes and mouth.
We would recommend this cooking experience to everyone visiting Puglia.

The experience was amazing! We were so fortunate that Marco was able to book us in to a last minute class and we enjoyed every second. Davide was an excellent chef who made the day not only thoroughly engaging but filled with delicious foods and a great sense of humour. Sara was also on hand to help answer any questions before, during and after, and took photos and videos throughout. The experience was well worth every penny and we would book again in a heartbeat! We haven’t stopped thinking of the pasta sauce since. Thank you Terra che Vive for making our time in Puglia so memorable!!

We’ve had a very nice day with one of your guides. Cycling in the olive yards was very relaxing and joyfull. The guide gave us a lot of interesting information. We were quite curious, but we got answers to all our questions. Sometimes he was very funny.
And the olivetasting at the end was also an experience. We learned a lot!! Thank you!

Davida, Sara, and crew created an amazing experience for our family and friends. It was the highlight of our trip. The menu was exactly what we wanted and the flavor and quality were exceptional. We enjoyed watching them cook and sharing fun times together. They all went out of the way to make an unforgettable event. We will surely use you next time.

We really enjoyed this tour as a family. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We brought along young kids (11m - 3y) and the set up with chariot and bike seats was great. Would really recommend as an interesting activity in the area.

We had a fantastic time with Simona and chef Davide doing the pasta making course. It was in a lovely setting with two friendly hosts making the whole experience wonderful. My two children aged 13 and 15 also really enjoyed the evening learning some wholesome skills. Would highly recommend this for couples or families.

So much fun touring the ancient trees, learning from an enthusiastic tour lady. She was exceptional at explaining and ensuring everyone understood what she was trying to explain. We trust the quality and value of the extra virgin olive oil and had it shipped home.

Such an organized and well run, personal tour.. Marco was exceptionally responsive in answering my questions and provided me with the tracking number for our purchase. We felt the price was very reasonable for what you get.

We were very lucky that there were only 2 of us on the tour. The bikes were great and very comfortable.
Anna Lou was the best guide, full of very interesting facts, great fun and had such enthusiasm for the wonderful old olive trees and national park.
The scenery and trees were quite magical. On the way back to the olive oil factory, Anna Lou played Italian songs and we all sang together, great fun.
The tasting and tour of the olive oil factory was very insightful.
A really great 3 hours, thoroughly recommend it. Thank you…
