Excellent service and product quality
I also own a Voyager which is excellent and when I damaged it (totally my own fault) one again great customer service and repair quality.

Nice little bag.
The straps seem overly long even when bag is full so there is a need to do a lot of tying to tidy them up .
Could do with Velcro to fit round seat post.
All that said great little bag for the money.

I ordered the Helm Compact 1 tent on the Monday, opting for the free postage, I think Terra Nova were busy that week and by Friday it still hadn’t arrived so I rang their customer services, and quick chat with a great guy soon explained that I would have it by Saturday morning but as I wanted to use it that day I asked if I could drive down to them and collect it myself.
The answer was yes, so a quick drive to Chesterfield and I met the same guy who I’d spoken to earlier, 2 minutes later I was heading back up the M1 with my new tent and footprint.
I used the tent on the Saturday night, it rained and was windy, the tent was easy to erect and no leaks anywhere, the ventilation was brilliant, hardly any condensation on the inside of the flysheet, as a bikepacking tent I would recommend this tent, it’s easy to erect, small enough to be discreet but spacious enough to accommodate everything apart from my bike.
Great tent 10 out of 10 from me.

There apparent llightweight compact tent was neither lighweight or compact and this caused me to be unable to attend a camping holiday i booked and paid for!!! not only that when i asked to return it and complained i recieved no reply!!!

I have a Laser competition tent that has only been used twice over a 4 year period. The second time it rained for roughly 4 hours, not particularly heavy. But within 2 hours my tent was satuarated and dripping though onto my sleeping bag. Whilst the tent is oldish it had barely been used, and I was shocked it was so unproofed, on just its second use.
I then contacted customer services asking for advice. Sending in pictures explaining how it was coming straight through the tent fabric, and that in my experience it certainly wasn't just condenstion.
Only to be replied to rather bluntly, without an apology for my experience or disappointment. Also that it was apparently just condensation! I'm firm in the belief that it is not condensation, however if it is that is a serious flaw in the design of the tent, some condesation is expected, but to soak me head to toe is not. Luckily my sleeping also of the same age actaully did stand up to its label and manufacturers quality and kept me dry!
Very disappointed with the proofing of the tent material and as such wouldn't recommend Terra-Nova tents.

Terra Nova cannot be beaten on customer service or quality of products. I have had to contact them twice recently, once for a replacement part and the second time for a query regarding a new purchase. Both times they have far exceeded all expectations I had. It doesn't matter if it's regarding a product that I purchased 8years ago or a product I'm buying next week, they could not be more helpful. I strongly recommend Terra Nova and their equipment. My Laser tent in particular has faced harsh conditions and has not once let me down.

I needed a replacement pole for my laser compact tent and terra nova dealt with my queries and order very professionally and speedily.

Provided what was necessary at the right time and right price.

Great piece of 4 season kit. Been after something to use in the Autumn/Winter Months up on the Peak District & Highlands. Already own a Terra Nova Laser Competition 2 that I use Spring/Summer.

When ordering they said in an email that it would be a delay in me receiving the tent. There wasn't. It took two days. Excellent. I love the tent - Pioneer 2.

I like the bag, and at the £20 price I stole it. I would prefer Velcro straps on the seatpost fixings. The buckle straps are very long and hard to get really tight. I’ve not tested in the rain yet.

I purchased a Southern Cross 2 tent a while back and it's an amazing tent. I've used it in harsh conditions and it held up great. It's very easy to pitch and it looks cool thanks to the external poles. I've recommended Terra Nova to my friends and they're currently deciding which tent to buy.

Staff were polite throughout though there was absolutely zero understanding, assistance or attempt thereof to deal with with my request. Next day delivery was purchased at a cost exceeding £5 though the product did not arrive for over 5 days from confirmation.

As with all Terra Nova and Wild Country gear, it quality and service is great and the Zephyros one footprint is no different, brilliant gear made for the outdoors 👍🏻

The elastic in my poles is worn after a normal use (35 stays , 5 years old). Contacted terra-nova over the phone and they said they won't repair and solution is to buy new ones (worth £150). Not is stock either.
Problem solved after buying a £5 new elastic and spend 15 mins replacing it. Second time I have a bad experience (the seams seemed to strech a lot when brand new and they say it is normal and won't repair)...

Great customer service and prompt delivery of my tent pole replacement.

I ordered a product online but it never arrived, nor was there any communication. I eventually got in touch and was advised they were out of stock. They refunded me the money. They then advised that I should register on the waiting list feature for the product. I went to the website, but could find no such feature. In fact there was nothing to suggest they were out of stock. so I ordered it again. It has still not arrived again.

Just received my 3670mm Terra Nova £60 pole. It is excellent and perfectly fits my 20 year old Supernova three man tent. So why one star? Because :

1. I had to trail through all products to try and find a suitable replacement for a metal fatigued original, having been fobbed off by TN customer services.

2. Customer services could not have been more unhelpful

3. Customer services only offer was to suggest I spend £1000 buying a discounted replacement tent provided that I firstly returned my original Supernova in px.

4. Why couldn’t Terra Nova customer services at least go some way towards honouring the original lifetime guarantee by telling me they no longer held a stock of original poles, but that a brand new pole which is only 0.27% longer would probably work and they would, as a gesture of goodwill supply one with a small discount?

A lesson in how to turn an easy positive into a PR disaster.

Ps: thank you for responding. Did you not know your new poles are only 0.27% longer, or are you trained to try and sell a brand new tent? The stretch in the tent fabric is at least 3%, so ten times more than needed!

Pps: why not make new poles exactly the same length as the old ones? Also, why call it a “Lifetime Guarantee “ then use the small print to weasel out of what any average person would understand this to mean? 20 weeks of use is not a lifetime.
