High quality company and external monitor. The stand is great and monitor works perfect

Ordering was easy. No trouble whatsoever. They even reached out when the final leg of delivery was delayed, which I appreciated a lot.
That said, product quality was more than expected. Happy with it.

The only thing that disappointed me a bit is that the Nextand is made of plastic instead of aluminium. I didn't see that when adding that to this absolutely fantastic external mobile monitor. That's why I ordered another stand. The Nextand will be part of my backup set (current laptop will be replaced and be backup), so no big deal

Overall I had a great experience. Let me explain why: I ordered the display. Unfortunately, when I got it delivered, it had a minor issue with some pixels not working correctly. While this is annoying, things like this can happen and I expect the damage to have occurred during the shipping. I reached out to the customer service, which was very understanding and supportive. They agreed to replace the display immediately and even agreed to ship it to a different destination in a different country (as I was traveling). Moreover, they closely tracked my replacement delivery and were in touch with FedEx, ensuring the display was correctly delivered.
Aside from the customer service, I am likewise highly satisfied with the display itself. Consequently, I can wholeheartedly recommend both the product and the company.

Overall, the quality of the equipment is great. The connectivity is reliable, and the devices are very easy to use. I'm not giving a full 5 stars mainly because the delivery time was a little longer than expected. In addition, while the equipment itself feels sturdy and well-built, the protective sleeve doesn't reflect the same level of quality. It feels quite basic compared to the rest of the setup and would benefit from a thicker, more durable cover that better matches the equipment's standard.

I was looking for a high quality, light and portable second screen for months and finally decided on Tern Setups after seeing several Insta ads (and doing extra research / reading reviews - I'm very sceptical of anything that follows me around social media!). I'm a few weeks in and not disappointed. The screen was so easy to set up, works perfectly and is great resolution. I originally bought the 2.5k screen but the resolution wasn't optimal for my Mac so contacted customer support and Carlos was absolutely brilliant, put up with all my back and forth, and sent a 4k screen (I paid the difference), and arranged pickup of the old one via FedEx. I've had an ASUS Zen screen before and it didn't last, constantly needing charging and now won't turn on. The Tern Setup screen charges from the laptop and has external charger too - I've not had to use that yet. Brilliant product and I don't say that lightly!

The screen is very sharp, lightweight, and has thin bezels. 16 inches is nicely compact, yet still offers a high resolution. I’m very happy with it.

I'd recommend.

This is the very first time i'd bought anything from an advert on Facebook and i was concerned. Is it gonna just be a box, is it gonna be just plasticeeee (new word) and flimsy. I'm really chuffed to be able to say that no, it's not, its a really good piece of kit, well put together and works really well with my MacBook Pro M3. I got the 4k and works awesome for me. I am old so don't have the resolution at stupid level and the image is clear, crisp and i used the monitor as a demo screen to show customers my products, so that kinda shows its works for me.
