I couldn't withdraw my profit on the funded account, I only withdrew what I funded on the main wallet and I couldn't see the customer service chat box. I'm stuck and unhappy, at least I need some explanation or guidance

Tentrade is The best so far. I've been an active customer since early 2023 and I can proudly say it's one of The firm that has 100% integrity in the industry. Top Notch Customer service. The only thing I think Tentrade can do for their customers is either increasing the current profit score or taking it off. I would even prefer you replace it with the lot size rules that was taken away.
