pagato un mese e ha funzionato 2 giorni ... pessimo !

Auf der Seite von Tennitv steht dass tausende WTA zu sehen sind. In der Praxis sind die große TURNIERE, wie US OPEN, NICHT zu sehen. Meistens nur alte Turniere die man umsonst bei Youtube sehen kann. Eine Frechheit!

It stopped working on my iPad and I contacted support about it and they wanted to cancel my membership and then just haven’t answered back. Use a different streaming subscription. Tennis TV is not worth it.

Fantastic for streaming all the ATP matches with the APP on TV or computer. Can watch wherever in the UK and EU which is a bonus.
Excellent commentators. I really enjoyed listening to Greg and Kevin in Toronto and now enjoying Robbie in Cinccy.

TAKE CARE NOT TO SUBSCRIBE.
They advertise you can watch matches and when you want to watch a match they say not shown so you have paid to watch nothing. Sky Sports is overrated and overpriced but at least you get what you pay for

There should be the ability to rate a company zero as this one does not deserve even a fraction of one! Thieving bastards who despite writing to me acknowledging my cancellation (which I did through my bank), they are still taking the monthly subscription fee!! I actually never got to see one minute of tennis through tennis.com and they should be sent to jail!

Subscribed for the grass court season. Couldn't watch a single match as each stream kicked me out after varying lengths of time and restarted the stream again. Contacted their support team who covered off some basic checks. After letting them know these didn't work they then suggested I do the same things again. When I reminded them I had already done them, guess what, they suggested doing it a third time. What a shower. 😕

I stopped watching women's tennis when they started screaming so I'm only interested in men's tennis which this provides. When Roland Garros or Wimbledon are on I cancel my subscription and subscribe to Discovery+ or watch BBC, then take out a subscription again. But the best thing about TennisTV for me is the fact that I can turn the tv off when someone calls or I have to go out and when I go back and click on the app it just picks up exactly where I left it. It's brilliant.

It is promised that we can see ALL tennis matches.
That is a big lie, not one match of Roland Garros 2025 was broadcast.
I do not have an expensive TV subscription, but I would like to be able to follow all tennis matches for € 16.99.
What a huge disappointment, you will be really disappointed at TennisTV.com!

NO WTA COVERAGE dispite claiming you can watch évery tennis match. Here i am having paid €16,99 and no option whatsoever to watch the French Open / Roland Garros.

Not even a 1 star. Never subscribe to this service because it is absolutely impossible to cancel the subscription. I have dealt with companies that have barriers to cancelling but with Tennis TV it is impossible. All AI generated BS. They keep charging, charging & charging my CC that I have needed to cancel that CC.

Awful customer service.
I bought a subscription through Apple, the payment was correctly processed and money taken out of my account.
Sadly, I couldn’t get access to any video content so I contacted TennisTV customer service (bad enough thats via email and not at least chat if not phone). They reiterated what was in the FAQs which didn’t solve the issue. Then they said they couldn’t do anything for me and I should contact Apple as I bought the subscription through them. Apple support was wonderful, they confirmed they couldn’t help with technical issues related to the tennis tv product but they were happy to refund my payment. I asked Tennistv support to raise a complaint (its bad that the process is not available on the website) but they refused.

TV App doesn't work steam often down. Can't login on Samsung TV, nor after entering the password manually, not using the scanning QR code, that says it's no available. Their streams are often, during the important matches, down. I contacted support a couple of times, never heard back from them.

Du musst um überhaupt was zu erfahren ein Abo abschließen, dann erst kriegst du mit, dass es kaum aktuelle Spiele gibt, wenn dann untergeordnete Turniere- oder "historische" Spiele aus vergangenen Jahren. Eine Frechheit. Eigentlich nichts wert, die Spiele kannst du auch auf youtube sehen! Kündigung ist dann auch noch nicht ganz einfach, ich hab länger rumprobiert. Über die Mailadresse kriegst du bloß unklare "nette" Auskünfte. Froh wieder - gleich am 2. Tag- raus zu sein.

Use browser version on Chrome but, in troubleshooting the many issues, I've tried it on two other browsers. Same problems. Streams randomly cut off leaving me in a limbo where, I'm told to log out on other devices which I don't have. If I log out and back in again, the same message to log out appears and I have to wait three or four hours before being able to start again.
Right now I can't raise ANY streams. When I click on a link to a match - nothing. It is the most annoying site I can imagine. Their technical support aren't interested in helping and who wants to wait three days to hear back anyway? When they get back to me they just tell me to erase browsing history, even if I'm on a freshly installed browser. The site is a total waste of money.

Ich glaube das ist Betrug. Wie ich das abonniert habe ist mir unerklärlich. Nachdem ich das letztes Jahr erst später gemerkt habe konnte ich nicht mehr kündigen. Ich glaube kündigen ist unmöglich. Wahrscheinlich sollte man die Firma anzeigen. Selbst eine email Adresse gibt es nicht. Ich werde versuchen das Geld zurück zu holen.

The quality of the tennis commentary is truly woeful. People watch tennis to hear insightful comments about tennis shot-making, tennis strategy, or tennis skills on display. They do not watch to hear inane exclamations. The British female commentator is dreadful. I've never heard her make one comment about the tennis. She effusively makes comments about great shots that any lay person could make. Please find some commentators who can talk about the tennis on display!!!!

Pros:
Good coverage and decent clarity of picture

Cons:
It covers only men
It regularly just boots you out of a match. In any given 2 set match I would be kicked out and have to re start the game about 3 times
It's expensive just for tennis
No commentary at all that I could find which is just weird.
I am relieved I only signed up for a month. Cancelled after a few days when realised it would continually cut out. Really poor.

Quite annoying

Mens matches are with commentary in the app, but as soon as you stream, the commentary disappears. But what's worse is that even with premium, they never show womens tennis. So never again. Cancelled subscription and won't come back.

It works well in Safari and Firefox on two iMacs and an iPad pro.
I was unable to get on one Firestick and having read on their site that there are problems I did not try the others.
I did try the web browser on my Samsung TV to no avail.
Haiving got a one month Premium Pass I find that they are not showing ladies matches. I shall not be renewing my sub.
Am awaiting a reply from them.
Have now heard from them.
They say they don't have rights to WTA matches.
What a con. I have cancelled sub.
