Tennis Rackets Europe | Tennis Gear  Recenzje

Great experience!
Exclusive products and really fair prices.

For the first time, I felt that I was dealing with someone who wasn’t just trying to sell me equipment, but who was genuinely interested in understanding my profile as a player in order to recommend the right gear for me.

That level of attention continued both before and after the purchase. There was always a genuine effort to find out whether I liked the recommended strings and whether I was actually getting good results from them.

On top of the excellent advice and follow-up, I even received a free set of strings to try out.

Five-star service, knowledge, and customer care. Highly recommended!

Tennis Rackets Europe is nothing but 5 stars. Great service, delivery and high quality products. If you love Tennis and need to buy anything related, you found the right spot. My experience with them has been amazing.

Great! Flawless

Comprei uma raquete da marca Diadem e o serviço foi impecavel. A raquete veio bem embalada, nova e sem nenhum arranhao. Demorou menos de uma semana para chegar. Vou virar comprador habitual e recomendo muito o serviço!

I had a great experience ordering from Tennis Rackets EU. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, from placing the order to receiving the products. Everything arrived on time, exactly as expected, and was well packaged. I'm very satisfied with the overall service and would definitely recommend Tennis Rackets to anyone looking for strings (or pro stock rackets)...
I will certainly order from them again in the future.

The most knowledgeable person I know when it comes to tennis rackets, strings, and racket customization. He also has excellent taste in selecting equipment. Extremely helpful, trustworthy, and reliable. I’ve bought from him several times, and every transaction has been flawless. Highly recommended!

Adorei as opções de cordas e materiais de tênis, não sabia muito do assunto. Porém consegui entender melhor para escolher meus primeiros artigos.
Cordas coloridas ficam lindas e pelo que entendi são muito boas!

The website was easy to use, the order process was smooth and de delivery was fast and well organized. The equipment arrived perfectly packaged. Great communication and very reliable service.

Honestly, one of the best options to get strings/rackets in Europe. This is my go-to place to buy my Torolines and Grapplesnakes. Always on time, always great communication/service overall.

Dear All
if there was a possibility with ZERO start or Negative star i would have done that.
in one word they are scam.
Avoid this company if you value honest communication and reliable service.

My experience with TennisRacketsEU was extremely disappointing. They received my order on the 24th, jun 2026 and from that point onward I had to chase them repeatedly for updates. Every email was met with the same promises: "It will be shipped today" or "It will be shipped tomorrow." None of those promises were kept.

After several follow-up emails, they finally sent me a UPS tracking number. However, it only showed that a shipping label had been created—the package had not actually been handed over to UPS. In other words, I was given a tracking number without any evidence that the shipment had been dispatched.

avoid them

Absolute top blokes! Knowledgeable and helped me pair racquet with different string combinations to help the game. Good selection of strings too

Ordered from the guys via instagram and the website multiple times now and always deliver (just got my 3rd order for myself), have way more Toroline selection than I’ve seen, even the very new releases! Communication is good, can be a bit slow but always give reassurance and confidence after! Top guys and will always get my strings with them! Thanks again!

Really good service … they are legit… both racquets arrived here fast and perfectly. Totally recommend

Absolutely amazing service, very helpful and understanding. I made a mistake in the order and after asking it was fixed instantly, thank you! Will order again for sure!

Recomendo 👍

I had an excellent experience with rackets Europe. They are top-tier when it comes to both speed and quality of delivery. Everything arrived quickly and exactly as expected. What impressed me the most is how specialized they are, their advice is knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly comes from real experts. You can tell they know what they’re doing. Highly recommended!

I always buy my grips and tennis equipment from here. 100% original with good prices and a good range of products. 100% trustworthy and recommend to anyone looking for high quality tennis equipment

I ordered and paid for expensive head pro stock TGT 301.4 tennis racquets via instagram. Then when I read the trust pilot reviews I thought I was conned and it was a scam. Later the email communication was a bit slow but always very polite and accurate. They took their time preparing my special racquets but when the racquets arrived they were pristine and perfectly balanced to spec. I was blown away. They also sent it by complimentary DHL express which was an added cost to them. They also gave me complimentary strings!

I can totally tell you that this is a legitimate company and they are perfectionists and take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them. You have to be slightly patient with them because they go the extra mile to ensure perfection.

Do not buy if you expect a streamlined, efficient delivery service... or to receive the goods at all.

Similar to other reviews - placed an order, no tracking or delivery updates added except a label created. Contacted them twice. No reply. Initiated a dispute with my credit card company, then got a reply offering the original strings + 2 other sets free as goodwill to remove the dispute. Replied back and said if they added the shipping details and I can see dispatched, then I'll remove the dispute. No reply. As of now, still nothing.
